Dear Gentleman:

On February 11th I issued a challenge to Bill Stegmeier and Jack Markowitz to come forward to discuss/debate the truth behind the Federal Income Tax fraud. To date, Bill and others have stepped forward, willing to chose individuals who are willing to go on the public record for an open-taped debate. Mr. Markowitz has not so much as even responded to my email in any way, shape or form. At least I could count on a response from David Cay Johnston of the New York Times in the past, even though on repeated occasions, he, too, declined to take up this same offer in the past.

Now I am copying this message to our local columnist at the Chicago Suntimes, Mark Brown.

I would like to challenge Bill Stegmeier and Jim Compton - both of whom have written great letters to Jack Markowitz and Bill O'Reilly, respectively, to rally together 3 individual experts to discuss this issue with 3 individuals chosen by Bill O'Reilly from FOX News and Jack Markowitz from the Philadelphia Tribune.

Let's begin the discussion of overhauling our Taxation system by reviewing We The People's upcoming-current ad in the Washington Times which will be exposed to some 100,000+ of their readers during the next few days or so. See review the attached file which contains the copy of the ad which will be going to press soon.

Again, each side in this debate gets to pick-choose 3 individuals to go to bat on this issue.

The medium will be a LIVE - taped - conference call which will be streamed across the internet - possibly uploaded live to satellite radio broadcasting links - and archived for future listening and educational purposes.

Let's let THE TRUTH shine in all of its glory.

Let's take seriously the line from Winston Churchill:

"The truth is incontrovertible......in the end there it is."

As you know I tried for several months to get David Cay Johnston of the New York Times to take up a similar offer. You should remember the dozens of emails between me and David that ended in hushed silence from David.

If just ONE member of the corporate-government controlled media would take up this offer I guarantee that it would help educate millions of Americans about the truth about Taxation in our country.

So what da ya say Bill O'Reilly and Jack Markowitz??!!

Let's get the ball rolling!!

Let's air this story!

And let's do it now!!

We have nothing to lose and everything to gain. For the truth should be celebrated!!

We have the internet/radio facilities plus international satellite uplinks to broadcast this conference call to millions.

Good afternoon, Mr. O’Reilly

I just heard you say on your radio show today that one of your missions is
to “right a wrong.” Well, there has been a wrong going on in this country
for nearly a century, which needs to be corrected. It has to do with the Federal
income tax. Most people believe they owe the tax because its always been
that way.

I'm a retired US Naval Officer, and I'm here to tell you that the greatest
financial fraud in the history of the world has been perpetrated on the
citizens of our country. Unless you read the law and understand it, you will likely
take the word of tax professionals who have not studied the law either. In
fact, they have unknowingly become pawns in the exploitation of our citizens.

Here’s quick and dirty. Per the first amendment, we have the right to
petition our government for redress of grievances. One could say that petition
clause came from the “Declaration of Independence” authored by Thomas
Jefferson. After Jefferson listed 27 grievances the colonists had with King George,
he wrote,

“In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the
most humble terms; our repeated petitions have been answered by repeated
injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a
tyrant, is unfit to be a ruler of a free people.”

“We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education,” chaired by Mr.
Robert Shulz, has petitioned the Federal government with respect to the Federal
income tax, and the government refuses to answer the petitions. Last July
19, 2004, "We the People" filed a “Right to Petition” class action law suit
against the Federal government with the First District Court in DC. (I don't
believe that Fox News covered that event).

Title 26 USC and the regulations thereunder show that most citizens living
and working in the United States do not owe the Federal income tax because
their income is exempt. Individual Income that is not exempt is related to
foreign or international commerce. (See section 861 and the regulations
thereunder.)

Many people believe that the 16th Amendment expanded Congress’s power to tax
incomes; that is, it “permitted” Congress to directly tax incomes without
apportionment. The purpose of the 16th Amendment, according to the Supreme
Court in Brushaber v. Union Pacific (240 U.S. 1), and again in Stanton v. Baltic
Mining (250 U.S. 103) [as well as the regulations in 26 CFR section
39.22(b)-1 (1956), which was long after the 16th Amendment] was to make it clear
that the income tax is, and has always been, an indirect “excise” tax, which
never required “apportionment.”

The Secretary of the Treasury agreed with the court in Treasury Decision
2303.

“The provisions of the sixteenth amendment conferred no new power of
taxation, but simply prohibited [Congress’ original power to tax incomes] from being
taken out of the category of indirect taxation, to which it inherently
belonged, and being placed in the category of direct taxation subject to
apportionment”

Excise taxes, generally speaking, are taxes imposed on certain activities or
privileges. And since Congress has the power to regulate commerce with
foreign nations, they can tax that source of income. Nowhere does Congress have
the power to tax commerce within a state, nor can they tax exports of a
state. So citizens living and working within the United States are not subject to
Federal income taxes because their the source of income is not derived from
foreign or international commerce. Anyone can elect not to pay an "excise" or
indirect tax by not participating in the activity being taxed. If I don't
drive on the highway, I don't pay the excise tax on gasoline.

The devil is in the details. Recommend you or your staff go to
_www.taxableincome.net_ (http://www.taxableincome.net) and click on the word “THIS” under "2005: READ THIS FIRST." Then check out _www.givemeliberty.org_
(http://www.givemeliberty.org) and review the adds placed in the Washington Times this week and the “Right to Petition” class action lawsuit.

Congress, the Executive Branch (Secretary of the Treasury, IRS, and DOJ)
will not answer petitions/questions and are putting citizens in jail without due
process.

If you really mean that your mission is to “right a wrong,” here’s a
horrendous wrong that needs to be corrected. We have the right to petition, and we
have the right to “due process.” Mr. O’Reilly, are you man enough to take
on the system? I hope so. You could do our nation a great service. Or you
could be silent, and eventually “we the people” will, over time, expose the
fraud and injustice to the citizens via the Internet, advertisements, and word
of mouth, so that this fraud will end.

When the government refuses to answer petitions for redress of grievances
and jails those citizens who ask questions without having "due process", then we
have a government of tyranny.

Yours in Liberty,

An open letter to Mr. Markowitz:

Re: Al Thompson

Mr. Jack Markowitz writes in his column today concerning Al Thompson: "Be angry at the income tax if you will. Urge Congress to reform it if they will. But pay".
http://pittsburghlive.com/x/tribune-review/trib/newssummary/s_302098.html

Seems like sound advice, concerning the price Al Thompson is paying.

The problem is though, if a person of REAL principle (which evidently Mr. Markowitz is not, or he would not have ended his piece with such cowardly gibberish) knows he and his fellow Americans are being de-frauded, would it not be his sacred duty to resist and expose the fraud?

"And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them" (rebuke, reprimand sharply) Ephesians 5:11

Mr. Markowitz, you're not doing too much "reproving" these days, are you? Or is it that you don't see the fraud that Mr. Thompson, myself, and thousands of others see? Have you even researched what I and others would characterize as "The Great IRS Fraud"? Well, if you are interested, here is a rather painless and even entertaining head start for you: www.861.info Click on "watch it now".

My advice to you Mr. Markowitz, is to learn the truth, then use your column to share the truth. Stand up and oppose tyranny. After all, just what sort of country would you be living in today had not the founding fathers stood up to the tyranny of their day?

So Mr. Markowitz, Al Thompson nor myself nor countless thousands will be taking your advice and lay down to the Great IRS Fraud. To do that would require painful surgery to get rid of that pesky spine.

Instead Mr. Markowitz, we intend to end The Great IRS Fraud. Oh, and by the way, it won't be done by "Urging Congress to reform it if they will". Jees, How lame is that advice?

Also Mr. Markowitz, there is another reason, besides moral integrity, that people like Mr. Thompson don't lay down and roll over to the Great IRS Fraud. We happen to care about my children's future.

"If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace." -Thomas Paine

It is obvious the forgoing concept is foreign to you Mr. Markowitz, and I am sorry for YOUR children.

Learn the truth Mr. Markowitz. Then share the truth.

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Greatness is having never intended it. It is the humility of heart and mind that remains unchanged by public disdain. It is a discovery of something valuable within the deepest source of being, and which fearlessly expresses itself although inconvenient and unfashionable to do so. It is the inspiration of the truth within and yet apart from the individual, and it is the act of knowledge which distinguishes popular acclaim from the profound voice of the soul within which says: Well done, my good and faithful servant. Greatness is the unaided event of the truth because a soul has listened to God rather than to man. It is the integrity of truth which has granted the individual his or her own integrity without supplication or solicitation. It is the transformation from a self-acclaiming and self-blaming person into someone whose only loyalty and allegiance is to the truth itself and for the sake of love.
