For example, some say the government is controlling weather from a secret outpost in Alaska. Others believe that Leonardo da Vinci littered his creations with clues that Jesus Christ married Mary Magdalene. And those sound downright believable compared to this one: The government conspired with manufacturers to hide a secret code on every page generated by a color printer or copier. Sound absurd? There's just one problem. The last item is true. PC World magazine first reported the news more than a year ago, and a senior research fellow at Xerox has confirmed the report and revealed that his company's method for hiding the information was a pattern of tiny yellow dots. The dots' size and color make them almost impossible to spot with the naked eye. The U.S. Secret Service also confirmed the existence of the hidden codes, but assured PC World: "The only time any information is gained from these documents is purely in the case of a criminal act." Specifically, the agency said, to assist its efforts in combating counterfeiting and document forgery. The magazine's scoop passed nearly unnoticed except by some tech-heads at the Electronic Frontier Foundation. Armed with the hints in the PC World article, they set about trying to break the code. A couple of weeks ago, they succeeded. And while they were at it, they identified similar codes produced by products from other printer and copier manufacturers, including Hewlett-Packard, Canon, Konica/Minolta, Lexmark, Tektronix and others. In the case of Xerox, a small rectangular group of dots is repeated about every inch along the page. When decoded, the dots reveal the date and time the item was printed and serial number of the printer that produced the page. Armed with the serial number, the government can match the printer to a purchaser using the customer databases that manufacturers and distributors maintain. The zeal and ingenuity of the Secret Service in its fight against counterfeiting is commendable. But the notion that the government can use hidden information to track down a particular printer user is disquieting. No one doubts that the Secret Service is employing the secret printer codes only to catch criminals. But when a spokesman says that only criminals need fear the codes, he misses the mark by a long way. According to Electronic Frontier Foundation, the same codes were found on pages produced by printers around the world. Consider a dissident in China, printing anonymous leaflets to stir the cause of freedom. The secret printer codes would allow the authoritarian Chinese government to track down and silence that dissident. Think the manufacturers would stand firm and refuse to surrender the consumer information? Don't be so sure. First, the Chinese have hackers too, and presumably, some work for their government. It's not unreasonable to believe that they could simply steal the information. Second, we've already seen major international corporations cave in to Chinese government demands in order to preserve their access to the massive Chinese market. The most notable example is Yahoo!, which agreed to restrict access to certain Internet content that the Chinese government found objectionable. Equally disturbing is the realization that the U.S. government actively conspired for years with major manufacturers, many of which are not American. This conspiracy occurred without public disclosure, much less public discussion. And don't think for a moment that the conspiracy is limited to the United States. News reports say the Dutch government used the secret printer codes in Canon products to combat the mass counterfeiting of train tickets. Taken together, these revelations provide yet another reminder that changing technologies increasingly put individual rights at risk. No one is suggesting that the U.S. government intends to use the secret printer codes to stamp out dissent. But if vigilance is the eternal price of liberty, a massive government-instigated conspiracy to track the sources of printed materials ought to have us all standing up and taking notice. The INDIVIDUAL Strikes Back!Folks: What you read below may seem funny, but it's no joke. Each individual holds the keys that can unlock the power of divine truth and justice in our world and it all begins with a simple acknowledgment of one (1) thing: individual identity. One's individual identity is something so sacred and special that the busy-chaotic madness of the world seems to forever miss the powerful truth behind this point. IT'S THE INDIVIDUAL STUPID! Mankind's entire world is rooted in the denial of the sacred truths behind each and every individual that walks the face of this wonderful planet of ours. For mankind's power is rooted in the derrogation and subjugation of the individual - ie. the core truth behind his/her identity as coming from our creator - and the advancement of the power of the collective - ie. groups created by men with illusory labels and names that have been masquarading as being representative of the true power of the individual. Mankind would have you and I believe forevermore that one's individual identity comes from "the group" and not from one's own acts that require thinking, being, risking helping and serving others - or thought and actions that are the antithesis of the same. This is the dark cloud of mass psychosis that decended over mankind many years ago. It's a chaotic chorus of "wrong way" madness that's been directly or indirectly telling us in so many ways that actions of hatred, confusion, war and fear are in fact real. And everytime we believe these inputs are real we, slowly but surely, take on layers and layers of falsity that work to deny the very core essence of who we really are - ie. spiritual beings with physical bodies that are divinely designed to help, serve and love others. The piece below is a true story about a 96 year old lady who wrote a letter to her bank after she received a notice along with a $30 penalty for bouncing a check at her bank. I believe this lady is onto something. This lady wrote one (1) letter that is illustrative of a very simple yet powerful way that individuals can work to repatriate some of the sovereign power of the individual. More and more individuals need to take heed and learn the value of acting in new ways that can help correct bits and pieces of this "wrong way" energy that's been working to divide, separate, claim and control the very heart and soul of THE INDIVIDUAL. For the bottom line is simple: The INDIVIDUAL being served should always be THE MASTER. Those who seek to help and serve others always need to take the position of the humble SERVANT. There is no other way. We have to keep this simple yet proper perspective in our daily walk through the world. And corporations and individuals cannot have it both ways. The bank manager thought it amusing enough to have it published in the New York Times. Dear Sir: I am writing to thank you for bouncing my check with which I endeavored to pay my plumber last month. By my calculations, three nanoseconds must have elapsed between his presenting the check and the arrival in my account of the funds needed to honor it. I refer, of course, to the automatic monthly deposit of my entire salary, an arrangement which, I admit, has been in place for only eight years. You are to be commended for seizing that brief window of opportunity, and also for debiting my account $30 by way of penalty for the inconvenience caused to your bank. My thankfulness springs from the manner in which this incident has caused me to rethink my errant financial ways. I noticed that whereas I personally attend to your telephone calls and letters, when I try to contact you, I am confronted by the impersonal, overcharging, prerecorded, faceless entity which your bank has become. From now on, I, like you, choose only to deal with a flesh and blood person. My mortgage and loan repayments will therefore and hereafter no longer be automatic, but will arrive at your bank, by check, addressed personally and confidentially to an employee at your bank whom you must nominate. Be aware that it is an offense under the Postal Act for any other person to open such an envelope. Please find attached an Application Contact Status which I require your chosen employee to complete. I am sorry it runs to eight pages, but in order that I know as much about him or her as your bank knows about me, there is no alternative. Please note that all copies of his or her medical history must be countersigned by a Notary Public, and the mandatory details of his/her financial situation (income, debts, assets and liabilities) must be accompanied by documented proof. In due course, I will issue your employee with a PIN number which he/she must quote in dealings with me. I was arrested in front of the White House today. It was my first time ever being arrested. We proceeded from Lafayette Park to the Guard House at the White House. I, my sister, and other Gold Star Families for Peace members and some Military Families requested to meet with the President again. We again wanted to know: What is the Noble Cause? Our request was, to our immense shock and surprise, denied. They wouldn't even deliver any letters or pictures of our killed loved ones to the White House. We all know by now why George won't meet with parents of the soldiers he has killed who disagree with him. First of all, he hates it when people disagree with him. I am not so sure he hates it as much as he is in denial that it even happens. Secondly, he is a coward who arrogantly refuses to meet with the people who pay his salary. Maybe the next time one of us is asked by our bosses to have a performance review, or we are told we are going to be written up for a workplace infraction, we should refuse to go and talk to our bosses citing the fact that the President doesn't have to. The third reason why he won't talk to us is that he knows there is no Noble Cause for the invasion and continued occupation of Iraq. It is a question that has no true answer. After we were refused a meeting with the Disconnected One, we went over to right in front of our house, the White House, (in front of the gate of course) and we sat down and refused to move until George came out and talked to us. We actually had a good time singing old church songs and old protest songs while we waited. I tied a picture of Casey on the White House fence and apparently, that is against the law, too. After three warnings to get up and move off of the sidewalk in front of our house, we were arrested. It is so ironic to me that the person who resides in our White House swears to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. The person who is the (p)resident of the White House now has no concept of the Constitution. He was appointed by the Supreme Court for his first term, invaded and continues to occupy a sovereign country without a declaration of war from the Congress, and violated several treaties to actually invade Iraq, too. Not to mention the condoned torture that pervades the military prisons these days. These are all violations of the Constitution. The Patriot Act and denying us our rights to peaceably assemble are serious breaches of the Bill of Rights. George is so hypocritically concerned about Iraq developing a Constitution while he ignores and shreds our own Constitution. Being arrested is not a big deal. Even though we were arrested for "demonstrating without a permit" we were protesting something that is much more serious than sitting on a sidewalk: the tragic and needless deaths of tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis and Americans (both in Iraq and here in America) who would be alive if it weren't for the criminals who reside in and work in the White House. Karl Rove (besides just being a very creepy man) outed a CIA agent and was responsible for endangering many of our covert agents worldwide. Dick Cheney's old company is reaping profits beyond anyone's wildest imaginations in their no-bid contracts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and New Orleans. John Negroponte's activities in South America are very shady and murderous. Rumsfeld and Gonzales are responsible for illegal and immoral authorization, encouragement and approval of torture. Not to mention, violating Geneva Conventions, torture endangers the lives of our service men and women in Iraq. Along with the above mentioned traitors, Condi lied through her teeth in the insane run-up to the invasion. The list of crimes this administration has committed is extensive, abhorrent, and unbelievable. What is so unbelievable is that WE were arrested for exercising our first amendment rights and these people are running free to enjoy their lives of crime and to wreak havoc on the world. The fine for "demonstrating without a permit" is $75.00. I am certain that I won't pay it. My court date is November 16th. Any lawyers out there want to help me challenge an unconstitutional law? Use & Service as the Organizing Principal of the UniverseThe organizing principal of the universe is "use" - ie. everything and everyone performs a "use" which manifests as "service to others." Within this principal is the seed of truth in the form of the acknowledgment of God and a Divine Providence that governs everything through the application of use through actions and "effects" that help and serve others. All thought manifests into objective actions and effects in the material-natural realm that are organized and governed by this principal. In summary, 1) End; 2) Cause and 3) Effect are unified and one. The "End" is God. The "Cause" is a spiritual process that's aligned with and is a projection of the Divine Providence and Order of God. The "Effect" is an action in this material-natural realm that manifests according to the principal of "use & service" which operates through all causes and governs the universe and all creation. Some may argue that there are negative acts and actions that appear to run against the grain of use and service to others, but upon closer inspection the same underlying principal of use and service to others operates. For example, irrational-evil acts and actions perform useful functions that can and do - eventually and actually - wake up and enlighten individuals on what not to do. The principal of "use" was outlined most eloquently by Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772) who was one of the greatest among the mathematicians, scientists and inventors of his day. At the age of 55 Swedenborg had already mastered 33 disciplines and written over 100 published works. He had a Divine encounter with the Lord God of creation at that time which opened his inner spiritual sight and understanding and caused him to radically shift the orientation of his work toward documenting the design and nature of the spiritual realms which he actively communicated with through individuals on a daily basis. In the last 28 years of his life through 28 volumes of his spiritual-theological works, Swedenborg documented, with the painstaking detail of an accomplished scientist, the fact that both the Heavens and the Hells are organized according to the principal of "use and service" to others in ways that ultimately support and glorify the articulation and revelation of our creator's Divine Will and Providence. The principals and partners of The Transparency Corporation are guided by this principal of "use". We believe the Dataweb - which will be the core foundation of the internet - will manifest according to the articulation and application of the acts of individuals helping and serving others. SERVICE to INDIVIDUALS will replace SLAVERY to CORPORATIONS as the operating paradigm. INDIVIDUALS will replace CORPORATIONS as the transmitting - ie. spiritual - utility. But it all has to come back to THE INDIVIDUAL....... All the distractions and lies that divide and separate us from each other - ie. from acknowledging who we areally are - will be exposed and stripped away. Where the courts used to ask how do you plead - guilty/not guilty - now they ask how do you plead - responsible/not responsible. This was a definite change in terminology as the judge was correcting everyone who plead GUILTY with an explanation to a pleading of RESPONSIBLE WITH AN EXPLANATION. The judge was very adamant in making sure that everyone plead by the NEW RULES and/or wordage which was - RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIBLE WITH AN EXPLANATION, OR NOT RESPONSIBLE. The judge would correct everyone that plead guilty, guilty with an explanation, or not guilty - to RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIBLE WITH AN EXPLANATION, OR NOT RESPONSIBLE. The judge did not have many corrections to make to correct those that were pleading NOT GUILTY – because there was not one person that plead NOT GUILTY, nor did anyone object to anything that the judge said or did. I got home and looked up the word responsible in Black's Law (4th Edition) Revised and this is what I found: Responsible. Liable, legally accountable or answerable. Able to pay a sum for which he is or maybe become liable, or to discharge an obligation which he may be under. I also went to the Ballentine's Law Dictionary – Third Edition. Responsible. Even though the wording has changed the fraud perpetrated on everyone has not. It has to do with the Federal income tax. Most people believe they owe the tax because its always been that way. I'm a retired US Naval Officer, and I'm here to tell you that the greatest financial fraud in the history of the world has been perpetrated on the citizens of our country. Unless you read the law and understand it, you will likely take the word of tax professionals who have not studied the law either. In fact, they have unknowingly become pawns in the exploitation of our citizens. Here’s quick and dirty. Per the first amendment, we have the right to petition our government for redress of grievances. One could say that petition clause came from the “Declaration of Independence” authored by Thomas Jefferson. After Jefferson listed 27 grievances the colonists had with King George, he wrote, “In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms; our repeated petitions have been answered by repeated injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be a ruler of a free people.” “We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education,” chaired by Mr. Robert Shulz, has petitioned the Federal government with respect to the Federal income tax, and the government refuses to answer the petitions. Last July 19, 2004, "We the People" filed a “Right to Petition” class action law suit against the Federal government with the First District Court in DC. (I don't believe that Fox News covered that event). Title 26 USC and the regulations thereunder show that most citizens living and working in the United States do not owe the Federal income tax because their income is exempt. Individual Income that is not exempt is related to foreign or international commerce. (See section 861 and the regulations thereunder.) Many people believe that the 16th Amendment expanded Congress’s power to tax incomes; that is, it “permitted” Congress to directly tax incomes without apportionment. The purpose of the 16th Amendment, according to the Supreme Court in Brushaber v. Union Pacific (240 U.S. 1), and again in Stanton v. Baltic Mining (250 U.S. 103) [as well as the regulations in 26 CFR section 39.22(b)-1 (1956), which was long after the 16th Amendment] was to make it clear that the income tax is, and has always been, an indirect “excise” tax, which never required “apportionment.” The Secretary of the Treasury agreed with the court in Treasury Decision 2303. “The provisions of the sixteenth amendment conferred no new power of taxation, but simply prohibited [Congress’ original power to tax incomes] from being taken out of the category of indirect taxation, to which it inherently belonged, and being placed in the category of direct taxation subject to apportionment” Excise taxes, generally speaking, are taxes imposed on certain activities or privileges. And since Congress has the power to regulate commerce with foreign nations, they can tax that source of income. Nowhere does Congress have the power to tax commerce within a state, nor can they tax exports of a state. So citizens living and working within the United States are not subject to Federal income taxes because their the source of income is not derived from foreign or international commerce. Anyone can elect not to pay an "excise" or indirect tax by not participating in the activity being taxed. If I don't drive on the highway, I don't pay the excise tax on gasoline. Then check out _www.givemeliberty.org_ (http://www.givemeliberty.org) and review the adds placed in the Washington Times this week and the “Right to Petition” class action lawsuit. Congress, the Executive Branch (Secretary of the Treasury, IRS, and DOJ) will not answer petitions/questions and are putting citizens in jail without due process. If you really mean that your mission is to “right a wrong,” here’s a horrendous wrong that needs to be corrected. We have the right to petition, and we have the right to “due process.” Mr. O’Reilly, are you man enough to take on the system? I hope so. You could do our nation a great service. Or you could be silent, and eventually “we the people” will, over time, expose the fraud and injustice to the citizens via the Internet, advertisements, and word of mouth, so that this fraud will end.
