The 113th Post

The last post - dated 20040625 - was the 113th on this blog.

113 is a prime number that corresponds to "I Am One" as follows:

I (9) Am (14) One (655) = 678 = 113 prime X 6

The 678th prime is the prime of Venus (45531) as follows:

Venus (45531) = 5059 prime X 9

The Venus Transit began on 20040608.

17 prime days later was yesterday, 20040625.

17 is a prime number that signifies "A New Beginning" according to the writings of Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772), the famous mathematician, scientist and theological writer from Sweden.

23 cycles of 17 prime days prior to begining of the first leg of The Venus Transit, 20040608 - the second leg will take place in 2012 - was 20030514 which was exactly 89 prime days from the Divine Birthdate of the Lord God Jesus Christ, August 11th, in 6 BC.

23 corresponds to I (9) Am (14) = 23 prime which was the Lord God's original name and title given to Moses on Mt. Sinai.

Let's revist the "I Am One" prime of 113 as follows:

20040625 - 113 prime X 23 cycles = 19970514 which, too, was exactly 89 prime days from the Divine Birthdate of the Lord God Jesus Christ.

And there's more....

20040625 - 113 "I Am One" prime X 113 "I Am One" prime days = 19690710 which was/is the 191st day of the year 1969. 191 is the prime of the word God (764) = 191 prime X 4.

What does 89 prime correspond to?

89 is the prime of Leo (356) = 89 prime X 4 which is the astrological sign for the Divine Birthmonth of August.

The end of the 8248th - the last - cycle 0f the 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" fell on 20040605 which was the day that Ronald Reagan passed/ascended into Heaven. The UND - universal numerical date which is the number of days from the birth of the Lord God Jesus Christ on August 11th in 6 BC - was 734072 = 1031 prime X 712. The factor, 712 = 89 prime X 8. The prime of 1031 in days prior to Reagan's passing brings us to 20010809 - the 8/9 (89) mo/day - in the "I Am" 23 prime X 87 year of 2001 - and 1031 prime days from Reagan's passing will be 20070402 which is 131 prime days from the Divine Birthdate, August 11th.

131 is a very important and powerful prime number that is the prime of:

ONE (655) = 131 prime X 5

Anglion (1573965) = 131 prime X 12015 - and 12015 = 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" X 135 - which is the society commissioned by the Lord God Jesus Christ on 17720127 and is overseen by Emanuel Swedenborg to bring the return of the Divine Science of Numerical Correspondences to our wonderful world.

Aphax (17816) = 131 prime X 136 which is the name of the famous mathematician-gentleman from the area around Thebes Egypt who's most famous discovery was that the Lord God of Creation would be born into this world on the 11th day of one of the 12 months. He chose Janary 11th which evolved to be 23 "I Am" days from the 2/3 (23) "I Am" mo/day on the calendar. 1/11 was also his daughter's birthday. 1/11 was my grandmother, Dorothea's birthdate in 1907. She lived to be 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" years old before she passed/ascended on 19961213 - 1213 is a prime number that corresponds to "Lo I am with you always" - which was 101 prime days from the passing/ascension of my late father on 19960903 which was 23 "I Am" days from the Divine Birthdate of the Lord God Jesus Christ on August 11th. This 101 prime cycle that separated my father's passing from my grandmother's passing was the same 101 prime cycle that goes all the way back to the birth of the Lord God Jesus Christ, August 11th in 6 BC.

The Harmonic Concordance Day, 20031108, was at the end of the 5602nd cycle of 131 prime days since the birth of the Lord God Jesus Christ on August 11th in 6 BC. 20031108 was 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" days from the Divine Birthdate, August 11th, and 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" days from my 46th birthday, 20040205.

131 is the prime of the full name of "Justus Dean Fagerstrom" who is the Founder of The Center of Sacred Studies - see anglion.net - which is the "receiver" of this Divine Science of Numerical Correspondences in our world as follows:

Justus (131231) Dean (4515) Fagerstrom (6175912964) = 6176048710 = 131 prime X 47145410

The end of the next cycle of 131 prime days from the birth of the Lord God Jesus Christ will be 20040727 which is 15 days from the Divine Birthdate, August 11th.

131 prime - 113 prime = 18

20040727 + 18 days = 20040814 is 191 - prime of the word God (764) = 191 prime X 4 - days from my 46th birthday, 20040205 which was 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" days from the Harmonic Concordance Day, 20031108, which was 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" days from the Divine Birthdate, August 11th.

Note that sun began to passed behind the clouds here in Evanston at James Park at exactly 8:14 pm yesterday. Yesterday was 50 days from August 14th and August 14, 2004 was 1150 = 23 "I Am" X 50 days from The Anglion Day, 20010621 - Summer Solstice - which is when I first met Dean Fagerstrom and took delivery of a copy of his masterpiece, The Book of Anglion.

On "The Anglion Day" - 20010621 - I was 15842 days old = 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" X 89 prime X 2 days.

Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772)said that "89 was a most fortunate number." Swedenborg predicted the exact date and time of his passing/ascension into Heaven around 5 pm on Sunday March 29th in the year 1772 which was the 89th "Prime of Leo (356)" day of that leap year.

The Leo (356th) Day of each year is the Winter Solstice, 12/21 in leap years - 12/22 in non-leap years which is the end of the dark days of the year - the days expand in sunlight from this point forward - and it's the advent of the 4th Season of Winter when there's light, but no heat. The 4th Era was the Old Christian Era which contained "the light" but no heat - ie. goodness - which is necessary for "The New Beginning" season of Spring to bring forth life, etc.

We are 5 days past the Summer Solstice, 6/21.

More will follow.....

Peace and God Bless,

119293!!

"The light at the end of the tunnel could be the bulb in a film projector."
- Jeanette Castillo Screens in Bartlett, Chattanooga, Jackson, Knoxville and Memphis, Tennessee will be showing it. Screens in Layton and West Jordan, Utah will be showing it. If you find yourself in Leawood, Merriam, Shawnee or Wichita, Kansas, you can see it. The same goes for Centerville, Fairfax and Abington, Virginia. If you happen to be in Akron, Bexley, Dublin or Elyria, Ohio, you're all set. Hoover, Montgomery and Mobile, Alabama will not be left out.

Laramie, Wyoming? It's there. Bozeman, Montana? Indeed. Should you call home Grand Island, Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, you have not been forgotten. The largest mall in the country, the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, will have it in its theater. If you are a soldier at Camp Lejune or Fort Bragg, about to be shipped to Iraq, you can see it in nearby Fayetteville, North Carolina.

These towns, large and small, along with towns large and small from sea to shining sea and straight through the American heartland, will begin screening Michael Moore's documentary, 'Fahrenheit 9/11,' beginning at 12:01a.m. Friday morning, the 25th of June, 2004. For the majority of people who will see this movie, in those towns large and small, the experience will be nothing short of a mind-bomb.

The Who once sang about how the hypnotized never lie, but as we have seen, people hypnotized by television and deliberately enforced fear can certainly support a war, and a President, which are fundamentally at odds with basic American decency. In fact, people hypnotized by television and deliberately enforced fear will feed themselves into the meat grinder with "God Bless America" on their lips.

Michael Moore's film will snap that hypnosis, but good. Those Americans who believed what their President told them because they saw it on the TV will, after less than two hours in their local theater, look at both their television and their President with doubt and loathing when they walk from the darkness into the bright light of day. There are millions of Americans who believed what they were told - about 9/11, about Iraq, about George W. Bush himself - who will come into that bright light with the realization that they have been lied to.

Speaking personally, none of the data in this film surprised me. Having spent every day of the last three years working to expose as many Americans as possible to the truth of the man they call President, Mr. Moore was unlikely to explode any shells across my bow. The connections between Bush, the Saudis, the Carlyle Group and the 9/11 attacks were there. The connections between Cheney and Halliburton were there. The connections between Enron, Unocal, natural gas pipelines, the war in Afghanistan and a little-known country called Turkmenistan were there. I enjoyed the fact that Moore showed off unredacted copies of Bush's military service record, allowing us to see the parts of those documents which had been blacked out. I found no fact, no assertion in this film to question or doubt. I have done my homework, and as was made painfully clear, Michael Moore did his.

Most Americans don't know about this stuff, and seeing it fully documented and meticulously researched on the big screen will be, to say the least, revelatory. Yes, Virginia, there are billions of dollars to be made off this Iraq war for Bush's friends. The second door on the left is the recruiting office. Sign on the line that is dotted, and be the first kid on your block to die for the benefit of Carlyle's stock options. Be sure to save your pennies beforehand, however, because the Army will dock your pay for the days you are dead. It's policy, you see.

Mr. Moore put two daggers into me with this film, the first of which had to do with American soldiers. Trooper after trooper spoke frankly for Moore's camera, condemning both the war and the people who thrust them into it. Several scenes graphically explained what happens to a soldier's body when it is caught in an explosion. The result is ruinous, and the cries of the wounded and the dying will ring in my ears forever.

The most wrenching scenes in the film center around a woman named Lila, who loves her country, loves her flag, and above all loves her children whom she actively persuaded to join the armed services. We learn that Lila has a son in Iraq, and because of that, she despises those protesting the invasion. We find out later that her son was killed in Karbala on April 2nd, when his Blackhawk helicopter was shot down. We watch her read her son's last letter home, in which he rages against Bush and the war. We last see Lila standing at the gates of the White House, tears boiling from her eyes, as she discovers her true enemy, the one who took her baby from her.

The other dagger Moore put into me came during his montage of the media coverage of the war. Journalist after journalist is shown rhapsodizing Bush, his administration and the war. Each and every one of them carried forth that which we now know to be bald-faced lies: That Iraq had WMDs, that Iraq was a threat, that we had to go, and that everything is fine. It was a slideshow of the nonsense Americans have been spoon-fed for far too long.

If you doubt this, Sidney Blumenthal's aggressive and effective actual journalism, as found in his most recent report titled 'Reality is Unraveling for Bush,' should help you along. "Most of the media was on the bandwagon or intimidated," writes Blumenthal. "Cheney himself called the president of the corporation that owned one of the networks to complain about an errant commentator. Political aides directed by Karl Rove ceaselessly called editors and producers with veiled threats about access that was not granted in any case. The press would not bite the hand that would not feed it."

With a single stroke, Michael Moore has undone three years of poor, slanted, biased, factually bereft, compromised television journalism. This, in the end, is the final greatness of 'Fahrenheit 9/11.' Not only will Americans get a sense of the depth of the deception they have endured, but 'journalists' all across the country will be forced to endure the humiliation they so richly deserve.

I was privileged to see this film in the company of three groups - Military Families Speak Out, September 11 Families for Peaceful Tomorrows and Veterans for Peace - which have stood against this disastrous war from day one. Many in the theater had family in Iraq, or had lost family in Iraq, or had lost family on 9/11 and seen their beloved dead used as an excuse for unwarranted war, and there was not a dry eye in the house.

'Fahrenheit 9/11' is not a victory for anyone. We the People should have known better, We the People should have been given the facts before sending 851 of our children to die. We the People have been betrayed, by our leaders and by a media that profited, and profits still, from the daily sale of lies. This film drove that horrid fact home with a mallet, and it hurt.

I was reminded, as I filed out with this company of heroes, of a portion of Shakespeare's rendition of Henry's speech before Agincourt:

He that outlives this day and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when this day is named,
And rouse him at the name of Crispian.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
And say, 'To-morrow is Saint Crispian:'
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars,
And say, 'These wounds I had on Crispin's day.'
Many of us were not hypnotized. Millions of us took to the streets in this country and around the world, to try and stop this madness before it was unleashed. The people in that theater with me had done this, had never stopped doing this, though their President and their media named them traitor. They were right. They were right. They were right.

Michael Moore has unleashed a wolf within Mr. Bush's fences. There is no getting around it. Perhaps, now that it is far too late, we as a nation will wake up. On the day of that awakening, those of us who never stopped standing, never stopped marching, learned to live without sleep, learned to live in a nation that scorned truth for televised fantasy, those patriots I was with tonight in that theater can pause for breath. We can sit upon the grass on a bright day, strip our sleeves, and show our scars.

Activists Using Fahrenheit 9/11 as an Organizing Tool
By Scott Galindez
t r u t h o u t | Report

Friday 25 June 2004

As moviegoers come out of Fahrenheit 9/11 this weekend, anti-war activists hope to take advantage of the anger Michael's Moore's award-winning film seems likely to inspire.

MoveOn.org has organized a National Interactive Town Hall Meeting for next Monday, June 28th. They have already organized over 700 house parties across the nation that night and have reserved large meeting halls for the event. MoveOn has 110,000 people pledged to see the movie this weekend, many of whom will hand out fliers promoting the Town Hall Meeting.

"This movie is one of the greatest opportunities we'll have between now and November to get new folks involved," said MoveOn's Adam Ruben. "The powerful footage in this film is going to outrage many, many people. They'll be looking for ways to take action - and we'll be there to connect them to other like-minded people in their community."

Voice4Change.org will have members outside theatres promoting the Town Hall Meeting and registering people to vote. Some of the activists will be in the traditional liberal hotspots. But many people in small towns around the country have either pledged to register voters or are looking for theatres near them so they can get involved.

One obstacle they face is that some theatre owners are refusing to show the film. If you live in the Dakota's or Wyoming, for example, you have only one place to see it - in Fargo, North Dakota.

One chain that has so far said no is Carmike, which owns theatres in the Mid-West. Mike Patrick, Carmike's president, insists that he made the decision purely for business reasons.

"This is in the biggest part of our season," he told the Chicago Tribune. "Business is great this year, and you think I'm going to play a documentary [instead of] 'Spider-Man?'"

"I'm not so sure that has commercial appeal compared to 'Spider-Man' or 'The Notebook' or 'White Chicks' or 'Around the World in 80 Days' and the other seven or eight pictures I have doing great business."

If inquiries placed to Mr. Patrick's theaters are any indication of potential ticket sales, he might be misjudging his market.

"We're getting about a hundred calls a day," said Kai Segrud, who works for Carmike in Rapid City, South Dakota,

The calls started over the weekend and have continued through this week, he said.

If hundreds of people demand to see Fahrenheit 9/11 in Rapid City, records for attendance elsewhere this weekend will likely be broken. With activists around the country poised to organize the huge numbers expected to attend, this will not be a good weekend for George W. Bush…

======================

20040225 - Ash Wednesday - Official release Date of The Passion of the Christ

20040625 - Official Release Date of Fahrenheit 911

20040625 - 20040225 = 121 days = 11 prime X 11

20040625 - 121 X 23 "I Am" cycles = 19961111

19961111 was the 78th Anniversary of Armistice Day - now Veterans Day - 1918.

23 corresponds to I (9) Am (14) = 23 prime which is the original name and title the Lord God gave to Moses on Mt. Sinai.

The 78th prime is Chi (389)- from/including one (1) - which is the greek letter "X" which stands for "Christos" which is where the english "Christ" originated from.

20040625 - 121 X 78 cycles = 19780823 which is "The Light of the Risen Christ" day in the Catholic Church.

8 is the eight month of August which is the Divine Birthmonth

11 is the day in August of the Divine Birth of the Lord God Jesus Christ in 6 BC.

20040625 - 121 X 89 cycles = 19741231 which is the last day of 1974 which is the number of years between the crucifixion day in 30 AD on April 7th and the year 2004.

89 is the prime of Leo (356) which is the astrological sign for the Divine Birthmonth of August - Leo (356) = 89 prime X 4

20040625 - 121 X 93 cycles = 19730903 which is exactly 23 "I Am" days from the Divine Birthday, August 11th, 23 "I Am" years prior to the passing/ascension of my late Father, Frederick Smart, Jr.

93 = 31 prime X 3 - 31 is a prime number that corresponds to "The Lord God" as follows:

The (285) Lord (3694) God (764) = 4743 = 31 prime X 153

20040625 - 121 X 191 - the prime of God (764) = 191 prime X 4 - cycles (23111) days = 19410317 which is 23 "I Am" prime days from April 9th which was the 1911th anniversary of the Glorification and Resurrection of the Lord God Jesus Christ's Divine Human in 30 AD. The year 1941 mirrors the "41 Year" which corresponds to 41 prime which corresponds to "I Am the light of the world" from John 8:12 as follows:

I (9) Am (14) the (285) Light (39782) of (66) the (285) World (56934) = 97375 = 41 prime X 2375

One (1) more correspondence:

20040811 - the Divine Birthdate of the Lord God Jesus Christ 2010 years ago - minus 20040625 = 47 prime days.

47 is the prime that corresponds to "Truth" as follows:

Truth (29328) = 47 prime X 624 - note that 624 = 78 X 8 - Chi (389) is the 78th prime from/including One (1).

Since 624 is the factor, if you subtract Truth (29328) days from 20040624 - which is the 6/24 (624) mo/day that proceeded the Official Release Date of Fahrenheit 911 - you will arrive at 19240308 which is Jesus (15131) prime days from 19650811 in the 131 prime year of 1965 - 1965 = 131 prime X 15 - which is also the prime of the word ONE (655) = 131 prime X 5.

So Fahrenheit 911 is being released 47 - "The Prime of Truth (29328)" - days from the Divine Birthdate of the Lord God Jesus Christ.

The Lord God's Divine Order and Providence is perfect, whole, unifed and ONE (1) 11 X 11 = 121 days from the release of Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ".

Even the "Christ Prime" of 61 = Christ (389912) = 61 prime X 6392 - coincided with the 1974th anniversary of the Crucifixion of the Lord God Jesus Christ on April 7th in 30 AD. 61 prime days later and we come to June 7th which was the morning of the 2nd day past Reagan's passing/ascension - which was at the end of the 8248th Cycle of 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" days since the birth of the Lord God Jesus Christ on August 11th in 6 BC - on the "ON" mo/day of June 5th which was 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" days from 20040308 which was Jesus (15131) prime days from 20450811 the Divine Birthdate of the Lord God Jesus Christ. June 7th was also that 37th anniversary of the takeover of Jerusalem on 19670607. 61 prime days prior to 20040407 was 20040206 which was Ronald Reagan's 93rd birthday. And 61 prime days prior to 20040206 was 20031207 which was the 8989th day of the New Jerusalem Age which began after the end of the Fourth Era which is called The Old Christian Era on 19790428.

And, wonder of wonders, the 1974 anniversary of the Glorification and Resurrection of the Lord God Jesus Christ's Divine Human on April 9, 2004 coincided with the end of the 1055th Cycle of 73 prime days sinc the birth of the Lord God Jesus Christ on August 11th in 6 BC. 73 is the Celestial Numerical Designator of the Lord God Jesus Christ's Divine Glorification-Resurrection day on April 9th in 30 AD which is corrected as Year 36, Month April, Day 9....or Year 36 = 3+6 = 9, Month 4, Day 9 = 949 = 73 prime X 13.

All roads are leading us OUT of the Wizard's Caslte into the Light of this New Day that is dawning on mankind!!

As my late grandfather, Poppy - born on 19030206 8 years to the day prior to Ronald Reagan's birth in 1911 - used to say "It's GREAT to be alive!!"

Peace and God Bless,

119293!!

The Rise And Fall Of Fourth Amendment Protections

http://writ.news.findlaw.com/dean/20040618.html

Sam Dash's Warning About Government Intruders: The Story Of The Rise And Fall Of Fourth Amendment Protections
By JOHN W. DEAN ---- Friday, Jun. 18, 2004

On May 29, 2004, Sam Dash, who had served as Chief Counsel of the Senate Watergate Committee, departed this mortal coil. (Ironically, former Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox passed away later the same day.)

Throughout his career as a practicing attorney, prosecutor and law professor, Sam Dash found himself challenging those who abused their powers. When I talked with him shortly before he was hospitalized with the heart problem that would take his life, he was planning to do so again.

"This guy Ashcroft is a very dangerous attorney general," he told me during our last telephone conversation. We were talking about the book he had just finished, The Intruders: Unreasonable Searches and Seizures from King John to John Ashcroft, which has now been published.

I just finished reading Sam's final work, and it is a warning not to be ignored. But before examining his challenge of Ashcroft's abuses of power, a few words about Sam are appropriate. He was man I knew and admired long before Watergate, where his work left a model for legislative investigations.

Sam was not a partisan, but rather a consummate professional. He never looked for gratuitous combat, yet when so engaged, he never shied from saying what needed to be said. He took his work seriously, and as his career evolved, he became one of the nation's leading legal ethicists.

Most knew him as Professor Dash, for he spent the better part of his professional career sharing his knowledge of criminal law and criminal justice with countless students at the Georgetown University Law Center.

Challenging Those Who Abused Their Power

As Chief Counsel to the Senate Watergate Committee, Dash found it necessary to take to task some of the most powerful men in government for abusing their authority. Sam was deeply troubled, for good reasons, about the Nixon White House's illegal wiretaps and unfounded break-ins to obtain information without a search warrant.

When former Attorney General John Mitchell and former Nixon aides John Ehrlichman and Bob Haldeman appeared before the committee, Dash repeatedly pressed them on their abuses of power. And his new book shows that the only thing he agreed with these men about was the fact that they had eroded the rights of Americans under the Fourth Amendment.

Many years after Watergate, Dash again found himself publicly confronting the misuses of power as a part of the Independent Counsel's investigation of President Clinton. Dash had been hired by Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr to serve as his ethics adviser. But he resigned from that post in protest over Starr's improper use of his office to advocate President Clinton's impeachment.

When Starr appeared before the House Judiciary Committee to testify, Dash -- who had largely written the law creating independent counsels -- believed Starr had violated the law. "You have violated your obligations under the independent counsel statute and have unlawfully intruded on the power of impeachment, which the Constitution gives solely to the House," Dash wrote to Starr in resigning.

Not surprisingly, Starr disagreed. But Dash's resignation showed that politics dominated the Starr inquiry.

In our last conversation, Sam told me of his plans to tell Americans that Attorney General John Ashcroft was ignoring the lessons of history in fighting terrorism. He had been working on a book about history of the Fourth Amendment's protections against unreasonable searches and seizures -- a body of law he had studied throughout his professional career.

He said he had just about finished his book when 9/11 occurred. "I was dumbfounded by the way the Bush Administration pushed aside the Constitution to launch their war on terrorism," he said. "These guys didn't need new laws to deal with terrorism. The 9/11 disaster didn't occur because we were without sufficient laws on the books. What we needed before 9/11, and now, is more competent law enforcement," he explained.

Sam - who was as hardnosed and knowledgeable a law enforcement person as could be found -- was deeply concerned that Ashcroft had asked Congress for, and then received, new laws as part of the USA Patriot Act that further narrowed the proscription of the Fourth Amendment. For there was no chance, Sam felt, that the present conservative U.S. Supreme Court would strike down the new law as unconstitutional, despite the fact that it pushed even further than the High Court's present limits.

The Development Of Fourth Amendment Rights

Dash's book, The Intruders: Unreasonable Searches and Seizures from King John to John Ashcroft, offers a compressed history of the 800-year struggle for individual privacy rights that ranges from the Magna Carta to writing of the Fourth Amendment. For this nation, those rights were central to the American Revolution.

The Fourth Amendment declares that people in this country have the right to be secure in their houses, persons, papers and effects from unreasonable searches and seizures. It repeals the English law of "general warrants," which had enabled British soldiers to search and seize from the American colonists -- in their homes, or from their persons -- at whim. Under the Fourth Amendment, warrants must be issued upon probable cause and then only regarding specific places to be searched, and persons or things to be seized.

Dash has written a history, not a treatise. And he has written it for lawyers as well as a general reader. Remarkably, while the Fourth Amendment was adopted in 1791, it did not become an issue before the U.S. Supreme Court for close to one hundred years. Until then, there were simply no federal criminal laws that raised the issue, and the state courts held that the Fourth Amendment did not apply to them. And initially, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed

From the Code of Hammurabi, to the Bible, to pronouncements of Roman emperors, civilized society has long recognized the need for individual privacy free from the prying eyes of government. But effective means of protecting this need has been slow in evolving. Indeed, it was not until 1914 that the U.S. Supreme Court discovered how to give meaning to Fourth Amendment law, when it developed what would become known as the exclusionary rule in the landmark case of Weeks v. United States.

Dash tracks the evolution and development of the exclusionary rule. That rule precluded the use of evidence obtained by unconstitutional means - which, in turn, made it impossible for law enforcement to prosecute cases where officers had failed to comply with the Fourth Amendment's strictures in investigating crimes.

Not unlike Michael Dorf's Constitutional Law Stories, Dash's book presents the human story behind the landmark Fourth Amendment decisions of the High Court. With approval, Dash tells how and why the Warren Court expanded the law to impose the exclusionary rule on state courts as well in Mapp v. Ohio.

Dash's book masterfully digests important history that is essential to understanding a freedom many Americans take for granted. But the true reason underlying Dash's work becomes apparent only in its last two chapters.

There, it takes Dash less than fifty pages to show how we are now rapidly losing rights and liberties it took us some 800 years to acquire.

Dash's Core Concern: The Limiting Of Fourth Amendment Rights

The mince-no-words professor lays out his core concerns in the book's final chapters. "Our popular belief that American constitutional principles of freedom are immutable -- that objective and wise justices consistently declare the law of the land -- is stored myth," Dash explains. "In fact, the meaning of constitutional protections of the people is politically decided from time to time, depending on who is appointed to the Court."

Dash shows that Nixon's and Reagan's appointees to the Supreme Court undertook a sustained attack on the work of the Court under Chief Justice Earl Warren, who "had presided during the 1960s over what has been called the Bill of Rights revolution -- a reaffirmation and strengthening by the Court of the basic constitutional protections of the people, particularly those persons accused in criminal cases."

As Dash explains, the Court under Chief Justices Warren Burger and William Rehnquist have twisted and rendered largely ineffective precedents such as Weeks and Mapp - using, he argues, intellectually dishonesty to do so. Rather than overturn these precedents (which would have produced an uproar), they have enfeebled this landmark Fourth Amendment holding by using a more subtle strategy.

As described by Dash, the strategy is this: The Justices proceed by "(1) inventing a balancing test, (2) limiting the number of challenges to unlawful searches and seizures through the doctrine of 'standing,' and (3) creating a good faith exception." (The "standing" doctrine holds that not all persons, but only a select class, are appropriate to be the plaintiffs suing to enforce a particular constitutional right.)

Dash's Particular Concern: The USA Patriot Act

As disturbing as these decisions were to Dash, he explains them with scholarly honesty. But it was the USA Patriot Act that pushed the envelope over the edge for him. (I know this not because of his book, which throughout retains the even temper of a litigator not wanting to annoy either judge or jury with hyperbole, but because of our conversations.)

Dash writes of the USA Patriot Act, that "the president and his attorney general demanded greater search and seizure powers than a permissive Supreme Court had already given them. Though members of Congress grumbled, they submitted to these demands, desiring to appear as patriotic as the president in the war on terrorism." In conversation, however, Sam was less temperate; he expressed outrage at this foolishness -- at the Congress's removing almost all restrains on law enforcement when investigating "terrorism."

To make his point, while waiting for his book to come off the presses, Sam wrote in a Newsday article, "If, as now seems likely, top White House aides leaked the identity of an American undercover agent, they may have committed an act of domestic terrorism as defined by the dragnet language of the Patriot Act their boss wanted so much to help him catch terrorists." (See my prior column for an explanation of why the leak of agent Valerie Plame's identity was criminal.)

Under the Patriot Act, as Sam said to me with a chuckle, all the FBI has to do is tell a judge that it would "impede their investigation" to give the White House notice, and they could sneak into the Oval Office without warning -- carrying approval from a secret court, granted in secret. "Maybe if the president or his aides were investigated under this law they would understand what they are doing," Sam declared.

But if they, and others, would read Dash's The Intruders: Unreasonable Searches and Seizures from King John to John Ashcroft, I doubt the Bush-Cheney reelection bid would make further extensions of the USA Patriot Act a centerpiece of their campaign. Nor would they boast of their war on terrorism to date.

Sam Dash warns: "Our government leaders -- executive, legislative, and judicial branches -- have made many mistakes in the past when they have lost sight of the sacred American values rooted in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. We are at the brink of even graver mistakes and assaults on these values. We dare not turn away from them -- for how naked, weak, and poor we will be without them."

You Must Give Police Your Name

Date: 6/21/04 12:09:02 PM Central Daylight Time
From: BeFreeNow1

The Bill of Rights has finally been gutted. The right to not incriminate yourself has been stripped. The right to unreasonable search and seizures has been stripped. The overwhelming necessity of the State's interests to protect public policy supersedes your right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This opens the door for a national internal passport ID system. Time to buckle up, bolt your socks to your shoes because this is going to be a bumpy ride until there is a reformation of the republic. - Frodo

Divided vote seen as defeat for privacy advocates http://www.cnn.com/2004/LAW/06/21/scotus.police.id.ap/index.html

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court ruled Monday that people do not have a constitutional right to refuse to tell police their names.

The 5-4 decision frees the government to arrest and punish people who won't cooperate by revealing their identity.

The decision was a defeat for privacy rights advocates who argued that the government could use this power to force people who have done nothing wrong to submit to fingerprinting or divulge more personal information.

Police, meanwhile, had argued that identification requests are a routine part of detective work, including efforts to get information about terrorists.

The justices upheld a Nevada cattle rancher's misdemeanor conviction. He was arrested after he told a deputy that he didn't have to reveal his name or show an ID during an encounter on a rural road in 2000.

Larry "Dudley" Hiibel was prosecuted, based on his silence and fined $250. The Nevada Supreme Court sided with police on a 4-3 vote.

Justices agreed in a unique ruling that addresses just what's in a name.

The ruling was a follow up to a 1968 decision that said police may briefly detain someone on reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing, without the stronger standard of probable cause, to get more information. Justices said that during such brief detentions, known as Terry stops after the 1968 ruling, people must answer questions about their identities.

Justices had been asked to rule that forcing someone to give police their name violated a person's Fourth Amendment protection from unreasonable searches and the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, writing for the majority, said that that it violated neither.

"Obtaining a suspect's name in the course of a Terry stop serves important government interests," Kennedy wrote.

The ruling left the door open for what Kennedy said would be an unusual case in which revealing a name would be incriminating. But he said generally, disclosing an identity is "so insignificant in the scheme of things."

Marc Rotenberg, president of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, said America is different 36 years after the Terry decision. "In a modern era, when the police get your identification, they are getting an extraordinary look at your private life."

He said the ruling for Nevada "opens the door to what could become a routine fishing expedition among government databases," after police stop innocent people.

The police encounter with Hiibel happened after someone called police to report arguing between Hiibel and his daughter in a truck. An officer asked him 11 times for his identification or his name.

Over and over again Hiibel refused, at one point saying, "If you've got something, take me to jail" and "I don't want to talk. I've done nothing. I've broken no laws."

In dissent, Justice John Paul Stevens said that Hiibel "acted well within his rights when he opted to stand mute." Also disagreeing with the decision were Justices David H. Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer.

Justices were told that 20 states have similar laws to the Nevada statute upheld by the high court: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

The case is Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of the state of Nevada, 03-5554.

New York Courts Full of Corruption --
Will A Federal Investigation Help?

Subject: Press Release
Oath Coordinator Resigns: Corruption In Courts Is Too Entrenched

Calls For A Federal Investigation
Chestertown, New York- The coordinator for the New York State Oath of Office Project June Maxam, tearfully confided yesterday (March 18) that she has resigned from her investigations into the explosive judicial scandal rocking New York courts.

?Something happened to me yesterday, it's like a piece was taken out of me, it's physical, it's like I had a stroke or shock, I am in just a state of total disbelief not only that the court totally disregarded the truth but obviously wasn't interested in the truth.?

Maxam is responsible for uncovering nearly 82 percent of judges across New York who are violating the state Constitution and New York State law for failing to file their oath and or undertaking as mandated. ?The situation in our courts extends beyond those in non-compliance and right smack into corruption so wide-spread there must be a federal investigation.? Maxam continued.

?When you have solid proof of falsified transcripts and a judge and a DA who refuses to act upon it ?allows this, New York has a major problem.? Maxam was appealing a four year-old harassment conviction before Glens Falls City Court Judge Tarentino.

After a two-year delay in violation of three court orders, the court stenographer Jayme Harvey finally produced the transcripts needed for the appeal, Maxam found that they had been falsified and could prove it by an unedited tape recording of the proceedings in question. But Tarantino refused to listen to the tape, refused to compare the actual transcript with the falsified transcripts and allowed the falsified transcripts to serve as the official record.

?Tarentino isn?t even in office, nor is the special prosecutor, Gary Hobbs and Hobbs even filed a false statement with the Warren County District Attorney's office claiming he had filed an oath when the county clerk has certified he did not" Maxam lamented.

?The issue here isn?t about me. Everyday I get calls from all over New York from people so extorted by our courts begging me to help expose the corruption. What they fail to understand is my investigative journalism has cost me the ability to regularly publish my paper, my advertisers were threatened with being burned out and now its gone on to the level of harassing my 86 year-old father, all in an effort to stop me from exposing the corruption. If that?s not illegal what is? That is a total abuse and corruption of the judicial system.?

Maxam says that even lawyers are too afraid of the current system to act, ?Judges in New York are allowed to violate our laws and lawyers are too fearful to speak-up?our Attorney General could care less that judges wield power that overextends their authority. Where is Chief Justice Judith Kaye? Does it matter to her that her fellow justices are violating not just public officers law, but trashing both our state and federal Constitutions?apparently not.?

Ms. Maxam?s activism to force compliance by officials has as she stated, ?Put me in personal danger and I face four years in jail after having already been illegally incarcerated four times because officials willfully ignore the Bill of Rights.? When asked if she believed giving up her crusade would alleviate her legal problems, Maxam emphatically stated. ?Oh, for certain. I?m a threat to their power base. They must shut me up because I have exposed them for what they are ? imposters and gangsters in black robes.?

The findings of Maxam?s investigation was hand delivered to Attorney General Spitzer who as of this date has not commented nor apparently acted to reform our justice system.

Reparations/Arabs and Africans should pay

Date: 6/3/2004 9:19:06 AM Central Daylight Time

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
PLANETNEWS broadcast...

(sorry, did not receive article about African nations.)

Dear William Craft:

Thanks for this article on reparations in response to my comment yesterday about African nations seeking redress from Europe and the USA through the World Court at the Hague.

I understand that it was Africans who hunted down and turned over captive Africans for the inhuman slave trade. However, just who were the ones who arrived by gunboat and demanded human cargo? What unarmed Chief is going to stand up to cannons and rifles when some demented son of a bitch sails into his harbor demanding human cargo or death?

We cannot be too simplistic in our view of the matter. I frankly see these compromised African Chiefs in the same light in which I view the Mafia. They were between a rock and a hard place and had to do what was required of them to live. Period. End of discussion. As I have said elsewhere, I do not condemn the Mafia--The Black Hand--out of hand, because it grew as a direct result of the Feudalism inflicted on Sicily by those same "royals" who are so highly regarded today. I know that ALL "royals" are descended from killers and thieves. I don't care how many Christmas packs the Queen sent to the troops in the trenches. And I don't want to hear about that 'golden' stool in Ghana either. The only redeeming virtue for the African kings in my estimation is the fact that the lands were considered tribal. The members of the tribe were not made serfs and peasants in the European and Asian sense. True, they went to war against other tribes and captured 'slaves.' But those slaves could work and accumulate wealth and possessions. They could even become educated and teach in the tribal schools.

But just which African Chief was so maniacal as to put a head tax on his slave, or a hut tax on his slave or to imprison his slave's wife and children and demand a ransom for their release. And when the slave was thought to malinger, which African Chief cut off that slave's right hand as a warning to the other captives he owned? The above atrocities ware all committed by the august Cecil Rhodes in Rhodesia as standard operating procedure. A Rhodes scholar, indeed. Will all the endowment funds from now to kingdom come absolve that son of a bitch? Or his henchman in crime King Leopold and his descendents in Belgium? I rather think not.

Seewww.tlbttp.741.com for my full view on 'royalty' and organized religion.

Sincerely,

BI Smith

REPARATION$?

WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR SLAVERY IN AMERICA?

May 15, 2000

"Some people said the English government was the guilty party, because England would not let the colonies abolish the slave trade when they wanted to. Others said the New England colonies were just as deep in the mire as England or the Southern States, because for many years a very large share of the trade was carried on in New England ships. As a matter of fact, there were, as near as I have been able to learn, three parties who were directly responsible for slavery of the Negro in the United States.

First of all, there was the Negro himself. It should not be forgotten that it was the African who, for the most part, carried on the slave raids by means of which his fellow-African was captured and brought down to the coast for sale. When some months ago, the Liberian Ambassador Visited the United States, Vice President Dossen explained to me that one reason why Liberia had made no more progress during the eighty-six years of it’s existence was the fact that for many years the little State had been engaged in a life-and-death struggle with native slave-traders, who had been accustomed for centuries to ship their slaves from Liberian ports and were unwilling to give up the practice. It was only after the slave trade has entirely ceased he said, that Liberia had begun to exercise an influence upon the masses of the native peoples within its jurisdiction. Liberia is Black (native born) American’s birthright.

The second party to slavery was the slave-trader, who at first, as a rule, was an Englishman or a Northern White Person during the Colonial period, for instance, Newport, Rhode Island, was the principal headquarters of the slave trade in this country. At one time Rhode Island had one hundred and fifty vessels engaged in the traffic. Down to 1860 northern capital was very largely invested in the slave trade, and New York was the port from which most of the American slave smugglers fitted out. Finally, there was the Southern White man, who owned and worked the bulk of the slaves, and was responsible for what we now ordinarily understand as the slave system. It would be just as much a mistake, however, to assume that the South was always solidly in favor of slavery as it is to assume that the North was always solidly against it. Thousands of persons in the Southern States were opposed to slavery, and there was more than one way of looking at it; For instance, as defined in the slave laws in what was known as the slave code, slavery was pretty much the same at all times all over the south. The regulations imposed upon master and slave were, in several particulars, different for the different States. On the whole, however, as a legal institution, slavery was the same everywhere.

From the Outlook publication of Sept. 11, 1909, an article by Dr. Booker T. Washington.

The Atlantic slave trade which operated on such a massive scale, could not have, in my opinion, been possible without the co-operation of the African slave trading kings who in a gross, cruel manner, raided the villages of their fellow Africans, captured those who they did not kill and marched them, cruelly, down to the coast and into the waiting hands of a few European slavers to be transported by "middle passage" to the new world.

Centuries before that region of West Africa became the Republic of Liberia, the most powerful tribes; the Dey, Kru, Grebo, Krahn and the Mandingo and others were conducting a vigorous slave trade with the Arabs, and Portuguese. It was only when the Black American colonists carrying with them the idea of the Republic of Liberia in their hearts and expanded the colonial territory through purchase that the slave came to a halt. Those African slavers strongly resented giving up their practice of capturing and selling their fellow Africans.

At this point I want to invoke the names of the earlier patrons of The Republic of Liberia such as Jehudi Ashmun (a White Presbyterian minister), Joseph Jenkins Roberts from Norfolk, Lott Carey from Richmond, Elijah Johnson (a former Black officer who fought in the war of 1812) and many others. These men fought tooth and nail against the attacking tribes who violently resented giving up their trade in slaves.

Do not forget those Arab slavers, namely, Sayyed Said the Sultan of Oman, who under the guise of spreading Islam, decimated the east African coast. The men who he did not kill were converted into eunuchs and laborers, the women as concubines. All over the African continent, a clandestine slave trade and is still to this day being conducted with the full knowledge of the governments of the affected countries. The descendants of the guilty tribal chiefs are still unrepentant. Slavery is a part of their culture.

Black Americans should know also, that, during the days of slavery, here in America, some Blacks owned other Blacks and Indians as slaves. Some Indians, namely the Cherokees and Creeks of Alabama, who owned Black slaves and who in turn intermarried. These slaves became an integral part of the tribes, eventually. Whites (such as the Ball family in South Carolina owned both Indians and Blacks as slaves. When the Cherokees and Creeks were forced out of Georgia to the Oklahoma territory, the Black slaves of the Indians chose to march with them on the ‘trail of tears’. That speaks volumes about the Indian’s humanity. Oklahoma towns such as Boley today is home to those Black Indians who became an economic force to reckon with.

A white, Irish indentured slave named Molly Walsh, who after completing her term of indentureship bought a 100-acre farm near Baltimore Maryland with her savings. She purchased two Black slaves whom she worked with side-by-side in the fields. Eventually she freed both, and married one named ‘Banka’ for whom She bore five children. One of these children was named Mary who herself married and bore a son. She named the child Benjamin (Banneker). Young Benjamin learned well under the tutelage of his Grandmother Molly, and received education in selected schools where He learned architecture, astronomy, mathematics and, many other skills. He made the first clock in America out of wood, published ‘Poor Richard’s Almanac, and assisted the French General L’enfante in drafting the plans for the city of Washington D. C. When L’enfante left suddenly for Paris, in anger against George Washington, he took the plans with him. It was Benjamin Banneker who remembered the plans in great detail and redrew them. The city of Washington was finally built.

Capt. John Newton, Captain of a slave ship, while transporting his human cargo, from Africa, was moved to write the hymn "Amazing Grace". He promptly headed his ship back to Africa and freed the slaves in a place called Freetown in Sierra Leone, West Africa. What this is saying is that, the white man finally came to grips with his humanity, the Indian never lost his, and as for the African, who knows when he will find his.

So, who owes reparations? The Black American has already been afforded many opportunities to better himself in this country, but the Black elitist, so-called talented tenth 'mis-leadership' stood in the way (and are still doing so), of the real progress of the Black American Masses by assassinating the character of Dr. Booker T. Washington and gradually washing his name out of Black American history. Today the Black American, with all of the vaunted 500 plus billion dollar economic power is still dependent on a salaried jobs dependent upon the goodwill of white bosses. The Arab has an obligation and the African Nations certainly would benefit themselves as well as the Black American by granting the descendants of a people whom their ancestors betrayed by them, selling them into slavery, most favored nation status regarding trade opportunities.

"If we were a nation, we would be the 9th largest nation in the world, said Booker T. Washington. The African and Arabs owes the Black American an apology and in a big way. They (the Africans), and the Arabs in that order, must bear the greatest responsibility for the western slave trade.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for a U.S. government payout. Save all of your energy seeking out and taking advantage of opportunities that this flood of recent emigrants (since 1980) are doing now. Immigrants are pouring into this country at a massive and alarming rate. Re-read Booker T. Washington and follow his example towards economic independence. Dr. Washington founded the National Negro Business League as well as Tuskegee Industrial and Normal Institute, which was as Edward Blyden said, "a monument to what the Black Man can do for himself. THE TIME IS NOW FOR EXODUS FROM GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS

By Debbie O'Hara
June 9, 2004
NewsWithViews.com

Why would Christian parents send their children to government schools? Not realizing the extent of the risks involved to their well being, my children at one time attended these schools. To our shame, it was a non-Christian that asked how we as Christians could send our children to schools that denigrate all that we hold dear. It is tough today for parents to claim ignorance as the slightest research into their local school will show they heavily promote hedonism, socialism, immorality and an anti-family agenda.

Like many families, my husband and I both worked outside the home and in a sense were grateful that our children were taken care of during the day through the schools and as a bonus they were getting a "good education". In fact we felt truly fortunate that our children were in one of the top government schools in the country. We bought into an expensive home thinking we were doing it for our children. Unfortunately it only assured that Mom would have to continue working outside the home in order to make house payments. But we were in a top school district. What more could we ask for?

Busy with daily routines, we didn't realize how the world had changed since we were youngsters. Neither the academic nor the moral climate in the U.S. was anything like it was when we were growing up. (Even our own education wasn't close to the caliber of a century ago. See 8th grade test from 1895. www.goodschools.com/test.htm) We were in for a rude awakening. Our illusions were shattered when our children started hitting their teens and we realized we didn't know them. Old enough now to begin communicating their thoughts and experiences more clearly, we could see that much of their worldview was different from ours. They were looking at the world through a totally different set of lenses. How could this have happened?

Unbeknownst to us, our children were taught a belief system foreign to ours, in fact foreign to most U.S. parents. Instead of being educated with the proper tools necessary to become future leaders and citizens in the American system of self-government, they are being brainwashed into a diabolical, socialist system that is both anti-God and anti-American. Since the days of Nimrod and his infamous tower, people have been working hard toward creating an anti-God socialist world government. We have given these enemies of God the perfect opportunity to accomplish their goal through our children. Unwitting parents, along with the church, have allowed this dangerous agenda of a godless world government to come ever closer through our neglect in instructing future generations. We now see why the divine mandate was given to parents, not government, to properly instruct children. We are reaping the results of our sinful neglect. America's children are being used to build a "new world community" without God.

"When an opponent declares, 'I will not come over to your side,' I calmly say, 'Your child belongs to us already…What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. In a short time they will know nothing else but this new community." Adolph Hitler

"Let me control the textbooks and I will control the state." -- Adolph Hitler

Hitler knew the way to his "new community" was through the children. Every despot throughout history realized that to gain control over their citizens they needed to control the textbooks. They don't care what we "old folks" think as long as they can mold the minds of the young.

On October 30, 2003, while announcing his pleasure at the return of the United States to membership in UNESCO, our global school board, U.S. Secretary of Education, Rod Paige, stated "Our governments have entrusted us with the responsibility of preparing our children to become citizens of the world."

How are educators preparing our children to become world citizens? By deliberately dumbing them down so they will not have the knowledge to be a self-governing people. After 13 years of government school many children graduate basically illiterate. With the billions of dollars we are spending on education, this is not any accident. I acknowledge that most teachers and school administrators want what is best for children and do not themselves understand what's wrong with education. They have been duped like the rest. This dumbed-down curriculum is coming from the top levels of government. For a well documented, clear chronology of events in the restructuring of education, read "The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America" by Charlotte Iserbyt. Iserbyt served as Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Education Research and Improvement, U.S. Dept. of Education, during the first Reagan Administration. Her unimpeachable evidence shows that for decades children have been dumbed down intentionally to prepare them for world government. Her extensive documentation comes from the education community's own sources. International, national, regional, state and local plans for the transformation of American society through the education system is carefully detailed. You will see that a dumbed-down global workforce is the goal.

Worse than the dumbing down of academics is the moral side of this equation. Teaching the great lie, evolution, has stripped children of any significance or purpose in life. As creatures of chance with no higher authority than man, should we be surprised when our kids act like the animals we tell them they are? Should we be surprised in the steady increase in rebellion against authority, unwillingness to work, homosexuality, divorce, pornography, suicide, and lawlessness, just to name a few? Many Christians have fallen for this lie thinking they can square evolution with the Bible, but it is impossible. If God doesn't mean what he says in Genesis, how can we believe anything in Scripture? If any falsity is found, the Bible is a worthless book not worthy of our trust.

A much greater leap of faith is necessary to believe in evolution than in creation, yet evolution is taught as fact in government schools. There is no evidence for life being created from non-life or for the miracle of DNA to come about by itself. While we see variety among "kinds", there is no evidence that one "kind" changes to another "kind". "And God said, 'Let the land produce living creatures according to their kind…"Genesis 1:24. Kinds are limited by their gene pool. Where could new information come from except by a designer? (For a plethora of lies in the textbooks check out www.drdino.com) Unfortunately the myth of evolution must be perpetuated because a Designer is anathema to the plans for a "new society".

If evolution was even a workable theory, why would known lies be in the textbooks? Because there is NO scientific evidence for upward evolution. Evolution is our state religion and so must be taught as fact. That is why there is no contradictory teaching allowed. Teachers cannot even mention any problems with this theory. Students who question it will be silenced. It can't be admitted that evolution is faith just like creation. In true science someone has to be there to test and observe. Evolutionists talk about millions and billions of years ago. Were they there? We have a Book written by Someone who says He was there. True science has never contradicted Scripture. But to have students believe the Bible does not fit into the "new" plans.

No debate of evolution can take place by students in the classroom because its fatal flaws must remain hidden. We're told our children are taught "critical thinking" but in fact they are getting Soviet-style indoctrination. The teaching of evolution is critical to the "New World Order" crowd because it is the foundation on which our "new world" is being built. The slightest hint of God is directly opposed to the Marxist theology running rampant on school campuses. With God there is an absolute, never- changing morality. Evolution is the foundation of Socialist/Communist ideology where there is nothing outside their code of morality if it is for the good of their cause, which is of course a Socialist/Communist community. When structuring a "new society", stealing, lying, raping, and killing are all moral values when working toward this goal. We have seen the evolutionist morality in action in Communist China, Cuba, Cambodia, Ukraine, etc. We have also seen the results of this morality at work here in America as we become an increasingly violent society. Our children are being brainwashed into an anti-God philosophy where everything is moral in the struggle for getting rid of the "old morality" in order to bring about the "new society".

Is this the kind of education we desire for our children? Isn't it time Christians take a mass exodus from these government schools? I was thrilled when I heard about a resolution that supporters hope will make it to the floor of the annual meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) scheduled June 13-15. This resolution encourages members of the Convention and officers and members of their associated churches to remove their children from government schools. Churches are called upon to counsel parents regarding their obligation to provide a Christian education for their children.

A resolution co-sponsor stated "the government schools are killing our children morally, spiritually and academically." He calls it "spiritual blindness" that 85 percent of Christians send their children to government schools. The resolution is full of Scriptural references as to why this measure is necessary. Read the resolution. I encourage those of you who read this resolution to get it into the hands of your Christian friends, pastors, and other religious leaders. This battle does not just belong to the Baptists. Whether this is won or lost at the Baptist Convention, this resolve should be made by Christians everywhere. Please support this resolution by diligent prayer and by sending its message far and wide.

Fred,

I don't have time to write a long diatribe on all this. Everything that could be said, HAS been said by those individuals whose writings you included in your most recent post.

As for me, I don't know Larry Becraft at all. But, I certainly agree that the best thing to do for this movement and the people of the United States is for those involved to drop their swords and embrace one another in the cause of Liberty. We're all going to have to 'hold hands' to make sure no one gets sucked-up into the inevitable storm that's about to come as we enlighten people and the government about these mis-applied tax laws. We cannot be divided if we're to succeed in the upcoming onslaught.

Folks:

Ron Newman, former morning radio host at WBIG AM here in Aurora Illinois, wrote the above comments. He, like many others, has been tuning into the truth and it's very deep - and unfortunately parts of it is very very dark as well.

All by the Divine Design.

The forces of evil are and always have been insane. They'll feed at the trough of trust, innocence, truth, forgiveness, light and love - undermining the flow of the divine energy of truth at every turn.

We must STOP feeding at these doggone toughs next to our bretheren for when we do we are eating away at ourselves and others in ways that take us further-deeping into the black hole of a hell that has no foundation of truth, period.

We The People must STOP judging, claiming, blaming and shaming these forces of evil as if WE are the Source/End of it. We all know where it comes from. Let's stop the insanity of trying to tar and feather it onto ourselves and others.

Note I am not saying that evil does not exist. Quite to the contrary, it's ALWAYS between, within and amongst us 24 X 7. If it wasn't then We The People could not be free. For we must have a choice between good and evil, truth and falsity on a 24 X 7 basis for us to live and be free. Period.

Where we all fall down is when we attempt to assign, claim or control the power of the judgment and source of evil or goodness - falsity or truth. For once we do this we are actually - without knowing how or why - taking the place of the Godhead of our Almighty Creator for we are all made in the same Divine image. This is the same as suicide for we are attempting to go against the forces of the entire universe. The universal intelligence of Almighty Creator will constantly reflect back to each one of us a karma which will fulfill that which we are seeking to create. If we seek to judge, we shall be judged. If we hate, we shall be hated, etc.

There are so many wonderful folks throughout the world that have received incredible gifts of discernment, awareness and the ability to research, write and connect all these dots. I take my hat off to guys like Larken Rose, the late Dan Meador, Pete Hendrickson, Thurston Bell, Dave Champion, Bob Graham, Larry Becraft, LaMar Hardy, Otto Skinner, Bob Hopper, Michael Brown and many many others.

But there's another level and another layer that must rise above all of these folks. This is where the process of synthesis help connect the information with the people in ways that make it interesting, fun and enlightening for everyone. Bob Shulz's vision for We The People is a wonderful gift along these lines. Ron Branson's vision for JAIL For Judges comes to mind as well. Then we have guys in the trenches like Robert Clarkston, Peymon Mottahedeh and maany others who've done a tremendous job helping to build communities of service, support and education that is so vital to making this stuff come alive for the average individual.

I know there are hundreds of other names, but the main point is that we cannot afford to hide out in our respective foxholes any longer. Sure, there may be come very BIG egos that actually believe they live in fortified Castles with moats filled with alligators. Whether you claim to be the U.S. Government or John Q. Public, those who propagate this "US vs. Them" understanding of our world are only feeding this Black Hole Monster that seeks to claim, blame, shame and control us into this insane submission to a mental gulag that's no different - and one could argue is far worse - than physical slavery.

The time has come for FREEDOM and LIBERTY to be proclaimed FREELY AND UNCONDITIONALLY THROUGHOUT THE LAND!!

The time has come for LOVE and FORGIVENESS to flow FREELY so We The People can begin to celebrate as we drink from the MIGHTY WATERS OF JUSTICE and we should all repeat the words of Dr. King, "No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream."

So let's be sure to EXIT our foxholes!

Let's be sure to EXIT any Wizard of Oz-like Castles that may be claiming some of our energy, time, trust, light and love which we receive from our Almighty Creator. Let's ALL come into the light of truth during this New Day in this Great Awakening that is dawning on mankind.

So again, with all that said, here's a wonderful poem by Noel Frederick McInnis on Forgiveness which, I hope, sheds some additional light of truth on this issue as follows:

A Perennial Perspective on Forgiveness

Be,
as water is,
without friction.
Flow around the edges
of those within your path.
Surround within your ever-moving depths
those who come to rest there—
enfold them,
while never for a moment holding on.
Accept whatever distance
others are moved within your flow.
Be with them gently
as far as they allow your strength to take them,
and fill with your own being
the remaining space when they are left behind.
When dropping down life's rapids,
froth and bubble into fragments if you must,
knowing that the one of you now many
will just as many times be one again.
And when you've gone as far as you can go,
quietly await your next beginning.

Thanks for reading this and I welcome you on this MIGHTY TRAIN OF FREEDOM, LIBERTY AND JUSTICE THAT IS LEAVING THE STATION. It will be stopping in every city and town throughout our great country.

Folks:

Bill Stegmeier sent along a wonderful note by ICE on this subject which I concur with- see below

What I think ICE is saying is that freedom cannot tolerate the existence and defense of any more Castles surrounded by motes filled with alligators.

I didn't get into this movement to follow some yellow brick road through someone's version of another Land of Oz.

I got into this because I heard the song of freedom ring in my heart and soul. The sound and feeling of freedom has nothing to do with the sight, sound and feeling of the Wizard blowing more smoke fire and fear at us. Freedom knows no limits. The essence of freedom is the refusal to claim to control anything while freely sharing what we have been blessed to freely receive from our Creator. Freedom manifests wherever Love of the neighbor in others is present in the minds and hearts of individuals. Freedom will vanish wherever and whenever there are claims, judgments and controls that work to restrict and limit the flow of energy between ourselves and others.

Truth, like water, can only flow freely in the presence of freedom.

I want to avoid at all costs the temptation to take sides on this matter. I have a great deal of respect for Bob Shulz and Larry Becraft. Regardless of how "bad" this controversy seems to be for others, I will always "see" unity and oneness and togetherness in this picture. Sure, I've had my issues with Bob - he's a very busy guy - and I would like to see him follow up with more contacts, ideas and opportunities. I am sure Larry, too, was trying to get the same kind of attention from Bob and it sounds like he's been after Bob for some time trying to get We The People to support some of his research projects.

Bob Graham, like Larry, is another gentleman who's been trying to get the attention of Bob Schulz for some time. He, too - perhaps like Larry and others - has borne his share of frustrations as I and others have attempted to get Bob's attention on certain matters to no avail, etc. In fact Bob was the gentleman that Devvy Kidd had to turn away from the First Annual WTC Convention for Bob had asked if it would be possible to set up a small table so he could sell some copies of his book, "April 15th The Fear Factor." Despite these issues with Bob, Bob Graham didn't hesitate to post a strong sign of support for Bob on his personal blog today as follows:

An Open Letter to Whom It may concern!strong>

As you have read on my Blog....I believe Bob Schulz is not the easiest person to get along with....BUT I trust him.

I do not trust attorneys....I do not trust accountants.....I do not trust the IRS....I do not trust the Congress and the President....THEY ARE ALL GETTING PAID.....WITH TAX MONEYS.

Now,IF we the people and that includes me, can get Bob Schulz to recogonize who his friends are....maybe, just maybe....we can get this 'Freedom Train' back on the track and headed in the right direction......

ARE YOU WITH ME? Bob and all the friends of BOB.

-------------------

I haven't had as many interactions with Larry Becraft as I have had with Bob Schulz, but I did have the good fortune of sitting next to him at dinner during the WTC Convention in DC in January. I enjoyed Larry's speach the same day. We have spoken on the phone a few times and I have appreciated all the work Larry has put into this movement over the years. As for his "Research Project" I know the kind of lonely, thankless work that Bob and a few others endured to translate, proofread and secure thousands of pages of original documents from the National Archives.

As far as this controversy is concerned, all I really "get" is that Larry is mad and that there appears to be a monumental misunderstanding or misfiring of communication between the two parties. Gene Chapman, myself and others would like to connect the dots on this controversy in ways that can enable the opposing players in the drama to come together in the spirit of forgiveness and understanding.

With all that said, here's a wonderful poem by Noel Frederick McInnis on Forgiveness which, I hope, sheds some additional light of truth on this issue as follows:

It is my sincere hope that more of We The People can "be as water without friction." Read and re-read Noel's poem. Then say a prayer to the Lord God as we all ask for Divine Guidance and understanding to reveal to us ways that can enable us to transcend and grow from this experiece.

Thank Bill for sharing this!

All,

I have considered both Larry Becraft and Bob Schulz as respected friends
for some time. From private conversations I have some understanding of
their feelings about the Tax Movement in general, as well as the complex
train of events leading to the filing of Larry's lawsuit against Bob. I
have frankly expressed sympathy to each of them based upon their
representations and points of view.

It is easy for an outsider to say, "I wouldn't have done that," or "I
would have done it differently." And how does that outsider know that
for sure? Was the outsider in Larry's or Bob's shoes, with the benefit
(or disability) of Larry's or Bob's experiences, personal circumstances
and emotional makeup?

This turn of events should remind us first and foremost that the battle
in which we are all joined is larger than Bob or Larry or Devvy or any
one of us. Thus far in this incident, at least two of the most
influential names in the history of the Tax Movement have locked horns
and significant, valuable personalities in the Movement are or may be
taking sides in a name-calling fiasco that is surely to be jocular,
watercooler conversation at every IRS/DOJ office in America. However,
it is my hope that we will keep our vision on the larger war, not
squander precious energy and resources in a divisive internal battle in
which many friends and "soldiers in arms" may wind up mistaking each
other as the enemy.

I would like to recommend that, rather than using up valuable time,
energy and emotion opining and venting about who did what to whom, we do
the following:

1) If you wish to help Larry Becraft do the additional income tax
research he feels is necessary to expand and fortify his legal
arguments, then do a little more of whatever you do to make money and
send a generous financial donation to him for that purpose. Perhaps
include a note of encouragement and appreciation to Larry for all he has
done for the Movement over the years. If you are troubled by
allegations in this matter and have lost confidence in Larry, fine.
Move on. Larry has enough problems, and you hopefully have better
things to do than rag on him. Whatever he has done that you disapprove
of will never cancel out the significant contributions he has made to
this Movement that qualify him to be "cut a little slack", if you ask
me.

2) If you feel Bob Schulz and We the People are heading in a correct and
important direction, likewise make a donation to that effort either by
financial donation, volunteering your time or, if nothing else, sending
Bob a note of appreciation for what you may see as his best
contributions to the Cause. If you are convinced that Bob did the wrong
thing in this matter, fine. Just ask yourself who else has gone without
food for twenty days and caused a Congressman and IRS/DOJ to publicly
commit to hearings they chickened out of? Who else has run full-page
ads in USA-Today? Try adding up the miles Bob Schulz has driven all
across America, alone in his van at his own expense, passionately trying
to awaken Americans to our Cause; then cut him some slack and go do
whatever it is that YOU believe will advance our Cause.

and/or you could just

3) Buy a couple hundred of Larken Rose's mini-CD flash presentations and
keep yourself occupied passing them out until this storm blows over and
your urge to attack your allies dies down.

If you have particularly strong feelings about who did what to whom in
this incident, please, before venting them all over the place, ask
yourself this: "What is my purpose for making a statement on this
matter to anyone in particular? Who is affected by my statement and
how? Is the Movement truly advanced by my taking sides and/or chiming
in? Will my participation in this internal battle truly help win the
war?

You notice I did not answer those questions for you. Obviously Larry,
Bob, Devvy and a few others have already answered those questions for
themselves and pressed on with what they felt they must do. What you
must do is up to you, of course, but I find myself wondering whether we
can really spare the troops to act as spectators, cheerleaders and
commentators.

The only thing that is totally clear to me is this: neither Larry nor
Bob (nor any of us, for that matter) have a bed of roses up ahead. Each
of these two men will deal with the thorns in his own way and one day be
accountable to his Creator.

I believe the most constructive thing friends and supporters of Larry
Becraft and Bob Schulz can do at this point is to resist joining a
mud-slinging contest that already has far too many participants. Let us
each learn from this what there is to be learned -- privately -- and get
on with what needs to be done each day to expose and defeat the true
enemies of individual liberty and personal responsibility.

Greatness is having never intended it. It is the humility of heart and mind that remains unchanged by public disdain. It is a discovery of something valuable within the deepest source of being, and which fearlessly expresses itself although inconvenient and unfashionable to do so. It is the inspiration of the truth within and yet apart from the individual, and it is the act of knowledge which distinguishes popular acclaim from the profound voice of the soul within which says: Well done, my good and faithful servant. Greatness is the unaided event of the truth because a soul has listened to God rather than to man. It is the integrity of truth which has granted the individual his or her own integrity without supplication or solicitation. It is the transformation from a self-acclaiming and self-blaming person into someone whose only loyalty and allegiance is to the truth itself and for the sake of love.
