Another Letter From Dick Simkanin
10MAR04 A.D.
Dearest Bro Gene,
Thank you so much for your continued prayers on my behalf. Your intercessory prayers mean so much as our Lord, Jesus Christ continues to provide comfort and strength to me. Even though I do get depressed from time to time the Lord comforts me through people just like you when I need it.
The IRS just paid me a visit here in prison and put a $1.2 million dollar lien on me. After the IRS destroyed my business and the lawyers took all my money where do they think I'm going to get a million dollars to pay them, sweeping floors in a federal prison? Not to worry, God is still in control and through faith, the Lord is not done with me yet. Praise God, Praise God, Praise God. To Him all power and glory.
Now Gene, you don't have to get yourself arrested on my behalf. I'm not going to tell you to go ahead or not, because if they Lord is convicting you to do something, I certainly do not want to get in the way. Just make sure it's direction from the Lord.
I also received a copy of my PSR, Pre-Sentencing Report, you'd think I was in the same league as Capone, or Dillinger, you know, a real criminal. I did real bad things refusing to be a non-paid tax collector, not filing a 1040 form, and asking for a refund. They also listed the heinous crime of driving without a license. According to federal law a driver's license is required in the pursuit of Commercial activity on the highway, not for private Automobiles, again only for commercial vehicles.
I fell in love with the Lord, and now the world hates me. Think about it, I'm supposed to owe the Feds over million FRN's and here they are taking care of me, spending $25,000 a year to take care of me!
Sure will be interesting to see how all this plays out.
As time goes on, I may actually have it better here in prison then a whole lot of people will have outside these walls.
The Proclamation on my web site quoted Heb 10:26-31, this is a promise from the Lord. Let us watch and see, Praise Jesus.
God bless you my friend,

THE IRS HAS A PROBLEM AND MR. RAYMOND IS IT
By: Jim Moore
Mr. Raymond's got a lot of nerve. With tens of millions of law-abiding
Americans gladly giving nearly half of their annual income to the Internal
Revenue Service, he thinks the IRS has an obligation to answer a bunch of
asinine questions from people like him.
I know, I know, he's Robert Raymond, an independent candidate for the U.S.
House of Representatives from Wisconsin in 2002, and now represents the
People for Truth in Taxation, so he thinks this gives him the right to
question the integrity and efficiency of the IRS.
Well, his questions are frivolous and annoying and they're making the
hard-working employees at the IRS angry, frustrated and depressed. And I
don't blame them.
For example, Mr. Raymond has the gall to ask the IRS what law makes
citizens liable for their individual income tax. That's embarrassing. They
don't need to know. All the IRS wants is for them to they pay their taxes
and stop complaining. Is that so hard?
Then Mr. Raymond fired four loaded and unnecessary questions at the IRS
people, and to show you how silly his questions were, let's take them one
at a time.
(1) WHAT IS THE IRS DEFINITION OF THE WORD INCOME, AND BY WHOSE AUTHORITY?
That question is really dumb. Mr. Raymond must think the taxpayers don't
know what income is. Sure, there's gross income, taxable income, adjusted
gross income, and so on, but why should that be confusing? Income is what
you make on your job, period. If you doubt it, look the word up in the
dictionary. You trust your dictionary, don't you?
(2) IS THE INCOME TAX A DIRECT OR AN INDIRECT TAX?
Now, why would Mr. Raymond ask the IRS that? The Constitution allows for
two types of taxation. A direct tax that must be apportioned; and a
indirect tax that must be uniform. Don't blame the IRS for this confusion;
blame some other government agency, like the CIA. Besides, whether direct
or indirect, it all winds up in the same pot in Washington. So don't let
this throw you a curve. Like is too short.
(3) WHAT LAW MAKES A CITIZEN LIABLE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX?
Now isn't that a stupid question? I challenge any person, lawyer,
accountant, or tax preparer to have an answer, if indeed there is one.
Nobody should need a law to make him pay his taxes. As good citizens, we
should cough up voluntarily, no matter how high our taxes go---even if we
have to miss a house payment or two---and keep our mouths shut. It's the
patriotic things to do.
WHAT FORM IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO PAY THE INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX, AND WHERE
DOES THE LAW SAY THAT?
It says so in the law books, dummy. Anyway, the question is a gross
imposition. The IRS has so many forms to help us file our taxes, they
can't go digging through them all just to find one form. Counting the sands
on a beach would take less time.
On top of all that, Mr. Raymond demands that the IRS cite where each
specific statute can be found within the law. C'mon, get real. Do you know
how inconvenient that would be for the overworked IRS people? They'd be
spending all their time thumbing through law books, instead of collecting
money.
Considering all the help the IRS is giving us lately, how do we get the
temerity to burden them further with goofy questions? As if the IRS is not
to be trusted with our money.
Mr. Raymond says, we're a nation of laws. We know that, sir. He also says,
the government needs money to operate. We know that too. Then he says, the
IRS should stop playing hide the ball. Hold on! Taxpayers are the ones
hiding the ball. #And that's a dirty shame, because the IRS isn't asking to
play with the whole ball---just a lousy 40-percent of it.
That seems fair, doesn't it?

Congress Legalizes Involuntary Servitude
by Michael Bragg
"As long as we have a monopoly on elections accomplished through restrictive ballot access laws, gerrymandering of districts to protect incumbency, media bias against third parties, and exclusionary debates with all of the above bought and paid for by voracious Oligarchs who easily purchase treasonous Plutocrats with the sweat of our brows and the blood in our veins, we will continue to be involuntary servants of our new masters. It is past time for a new revolution in this country."
http://www.libertyforall.net/2004/march28/Servitude.html
08/Feb/2023 - Washington, D.C. - In an unprecedented bipartisan measure, Congress voted overwhelmingly to begin working on new legislation making involuntary servitude legal -- rolling back laws that have existed for more than a hundred years. HR 12, 347 which passed in the house by more than 92% in favor as opposed to only 7% against, will move on to the Senate which expects to pass the Bill immediately. Rep. Maxine Watters (D-Cal.) was unavailable to vote due to her flaring incontinence condition. An unnamed source on the House Ways and Means Committee was quoted as saying, "Clearly the time has come for our Government to provide the jobs that America needs, and for the American people to not have to worry about where their next paycheck will come and when. This type of system has served the Chinese, Russian and French Governments well and the time has come for Congress to act on behalf of the American people."
Of course the above paragraph was difficult to write with my tongue firmly embedded in my cheek, but is it really that far from the reality we are enduring today? Why is that people do not realize they are in chains unless an evil tyrant is lording over them with oppression and cruelty? I remind you of THE most important and powerful line by Mel Gibson in "The Patriot" when he said, "Why should I trade *ONE* tyrant three-thousand miles away, for three-thousand tyrants *ONE* mile away. AN ELECTED LEGISLATURE CAN TRAMPLE A MANS RIGHTS JUST AS EASILY AS A KING CAN." In this piece I shall endeavor to lay out several aspects of this subjugation including taxation (my personal favorite), government indoctrination centers better known as public schools, and finally the plutocratic-oligarchy our Republic has become including the dog and pony shows for incumbent protection known as "elections." Each one of these is a series of manacles binding us to the captivity of Leviathan. All are intermingled with each other in dire need of untangling.
INVOLUNTARY
Merriam-Websters defines "involuntary" as "done contrary to or without choice" or "not subject to control of the will."
SERVITUDE
Likewise, M-W defines "servitude" as a "condition in which one lacks liberty especially to determine one's course of action or way of life." Combine the two and you have a system where you lack the liberty to determine your own way in life - one in which you are compelled or FORCED to participate in against your will.
Let us look at a few examples of how we involuntarily serve our masters.
INCOME REDISTRIBUTION - We pay more in taxes than we pay for food, shelter and clothing --COMBINED! As I pointed out in my last piece, there are many (myself included) who believe our current taxation system not only unconstitutional and therefore illegal, but that the IRS code itself does not require MOST Americans to pay tribute to our corrupt bureaucrats. Moreover, the fact that The IRS and DOJ will not formally and publicly answer these questions -- officially putting what they call "frivolous" arguments to rest -- at least suggests that to bring these facts to light would be detrimental to their forced extortion of the hard-earned fruits of our labor. Can you imagine how controversial it would be if this scam were to be exposed? Talk about running around like chickens with their heads cut off! I simply laugh out loud when I think about these imbeciles -- red-faced and lying their asses off -- just to try and cover up their malfeasance. Decade after decade of treasonous lies and deceitful coercion of tens of trillions of dollars stolen from our citizens is a pretty good reason to keep the truth from spreading.
Yet with all that our taxation does not stop there. Most states have an income tax once again extorted from the fruits of your labor. Some, if not all, of the few states that do not have a state income tax are certainly pushing hard for one. Here in the Peoples Republic of North Carolina we have one of the highest state income taxes in the country and with a looming budget deficit on the horizon we had better grab our wallets because these income taxes are sure to rise. And, as if that was not bad enough, we just got another one of our many taxes raised: the sales tax. No, my friends, having to pay Federal AND State income taxes is not enough to fill their unquenchable thirst for the blood of our labor. It requires taxing what meager crumbs we are allowed to keep to feed and clothe ourselves. EVERY item I purchase from a loaf of bread to a new pair of shoes is taxed and depending on the "item" purchased, you may pay even more taxes for such "luxury" items as a new car. I could take it even one step further and talk about all the "hidden" taxes we pay on services such as telephone, cable/satellite TV and electricity but I feel I have sufficiently made my point. Oh, by the way, did I mention PROPERTY TAX and SOCIAL(IST) (IN)SECURITY? Get the picture?
GOVERNMENT EDUCATION - We once had the best schools in the world. However, a recent study of 21 nations ranked us as 19th -- just above the Island of Cypress! Big Government, Big Teachers Unions and Big Education sure have worked haven't they? As Harry Browne asks:
· Why should we expect teachers employed by the government to show our children the importance of limiting government?
· Why should we expect children forced by law to go to school to see the importance of voluntary association?
· Why should we expect teachers who work for a monopoly institution to teach our children how the free market works?
Or how about Alan Keyes when he said: "We have abdicated what ought to be the leadership role of parents in the lives of their children, in order wholesale to turn education over to the government power, forgetting, I suppose, that education shapes the consciousness of citizens. And do you really think that a government dominated education is going to shape citizens capable of dominating their government? I doubt it."
Or as I like to put it (not nearly as eloquently as Mr. Browne and Mr. Keyes!) do you really trust Ted Kennedy, Hillary Clinton and John McCain to educate your children? If they cannot be trusted to obey the Constitution they SWORE to obey, how the hell can they be trusted with your kids for 16 years? The answer is THEY CAN'T unless of course you want them turned into illiterate Marxists -- THAT they can easily do, and THAT is the very reason our education system is the worst in the civilized world. And you want to know what the worst thing is? These people do not want to "fix" anything because to do so would put themselves out of a job. For profit Charter Schools are good examples.
Many Charter Schools have done a very good job in turning around so called "failing" schools. However, since many of these Charter Schools are "for profit" corporations there have been outcry's from School Board bureaucrats such as in San Fransisco, to revoke their charters simply because they were "philosophically opposed" to having someone earn a profit "at the expense of our children." Was it better for the children never to learn to read or write and end up in prison or dead somewhere like many in their "failing" schools were, or were they simply embarrassed because their incompetence was exposed? Bottom line is - DO THE MATH! I have read that the national average for the cost per pupil in a government school is around $6000 per year, and the national average for private school is around $3000. Which do you think does the best job?
HOW TO HIGHJACK A REPUBLIC - It has become almost impossible for folks who advocate limited government to successfully run and get elected to office. Concerning elections it has been said it does not matter who gets the votes, what matters is who COUNTS the votes. Well, it could be taken one step further by saying that whoever is placed -- or not placed -- on a ballot will certainly determine the outcome of an election thereby determining legislation that governs us all. Our Republic has been highjacked by plutocrats and oligarchs through corrupt and power obsessed sociopaths who call themselves politicians. As Dr. Ron Paul stated about the so called "Campaign Finance Bill" that recently passed in the House, "This legislation thus represents an attempt by Congress to fix a problem created by excessive government intervention in the economy with another infringement on the people's constitutional liberties. The real problem is not that government lacks power to control campaign financing, but that the federal government has excessive power over our economy and lives."
Not even considering the fact that The Constitution gives Congress no authority to regulate campaigns, it does not take a Harvard Law graduate to realize this nauseating piece of dross blatantly violates the First Amendment. But in typical autocratic fashion, these overseers have taken it upon themselves to pass illicit legislation requiring us to break their new "laws", go to court and fight it all the way to The Supreme Court if necessary just to challenge their despotism. This is the same way they trashed the First, Fourth and Fifth Amendments by signing into law the USA Patriot Act.
Just as with the Patriot Act, this "reform" will make the problem worse rather than better. Dr. Paul continues, "There is a tremendous incentive for every special interest group to influence government. Every individual, bank, or corporation that does business with government invests plenty in influencing government. Lobbyists spend over a hundred million dollars per month trying to influence Congress. Taxpayer dollars are endlessly spent by bureaucrats in their effort to convince Congress to protect their own empires. Government has tremendous
influence over the economy and financial markets through interest rate controls, contracts, regulations, loans, and grants. Corporations and others are "forced" to participate in the process out of greed as well as self-defense- since that's the way the system works. Equalizing competition and balancing power- such as between labor and business- is a common practice. As long as this system remains in place, the incentive to buy influence will continue."
It is sad to admit this, but I do not believe our chains will be removed at the ballot box with things the way they are. As long as we have a monopoly on elections accomplished through restrictive ballot access laws, gerrymandering of districts to protect incumbency, media bias against third parties, and exclusionary debates with all of the above bought and paid for by voracious Oligarchs who easily purchase treasonous Plutocrats with the sweat of our brows and the blood in our veins, we will continue to be involuntary servants of our new masters. It is past time for a new revolution in this country.

Ten Commandments, you are required to display them

Ten Commandments, you are required to display them
What does the Bible say about the Ten Commandments?
For obeying the Ten Commandments, we are promised blessings, see Deut 11:20-27. Verse 26, "Behold, I set before you a blessing, and a curse: Verse 27, "The blessing, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God ...
We are required to obey and display the Ten Commandments in our homes.
Deut 6:9, "And thou salt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates ..." Part of the obeying the commandments is to display them so that we will be constantly reminded of them, and therefore will understand to obey them.
Requirement to Display Ten Commandments in Public
We are also commanded to put them in public places.
The word "gates" of Deuteronomy 6:9 refers to public places. For example, in Ruth 4:11, Boaz went to talk to the elders in the "Gates" to obtain permission to marry Ruth and obtain the rights to her land inheritance. Other passages likewise demonstrate this as well, that the "gates' are public places. I Kings 22:10, Ps 127:5, Deut 14:27-28, Deut 25:7-8,
and Ps 24:7.
Our forefathers have obeyed the command to publicly post the Ten Commandments on our gates (public places), and have done so in over 2800 public places across the United States alone, and thousands more in Europe. No other verse or passage of scripture is displayed in public places (Courthouses, parks, city halls) like the Ten Commandments are. The Ten Commandments are the only passage of scripture that we are commanded to display in public.
Read the words of Deuteronomy 11:20-28
20. And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates.
21. That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.
22. For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, and to clave unto him;
23. Then will the Lord drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall posses greater nations and mightier than yourselves.
26. Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse.
27. A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the Lord your God, ... 28. And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments ...
Jesus said: "If ye love me, keep my commandments." John 14:15

Display The Ten Commandments.
Judge Moore is only one of 2800 of our leaders who have made permanent displays of the Ten Commandments in the U.S. Our forefathers have been doing this custom for centuries. He is obviously the most prominent in recent history because he has refused to retreat from the pressure of the liberal politically correct, and he is one of the highest office holders to demonstrate courage under fire. We need to follow the example of our forefathers and Judge Moore, and obey and display the Ten Commandments.

Radio Shack's CEO Has the "Right Order" Vision
A New Beginning
In July 1993, Leonard H. Roberts, a former chief executive with the Arby's and Shoney's restaurant chains, joined the company's RadioShack operating unit as president. The appointment of an outsider to the company's top spot was unprecedented in RadioShack's history, but Roberts brought with him innovative ideas on recreating the company. He was determined to transform the sleeping retail giant into a vibrant retail service concept.
"I don't care what your job title is," Roberts said during his first meeting with RadioShack senior management, "because from this day forward, I recognize only two jobs in our company: You either serve the customer directly, or you serve someone who does."

Your views are loony. Take note of Irwin Schiff, at his own direction, opening up his own psychiatric records showing he is delusional.
That's why your confreres batting average in court is .000.
There are real and serious problemswith our tax laws. They are ripping our economy apart. But you don't see that because you cling to these absurd and easily disproven claims.

You refuse to talk openly about this subject on the public record - THE subject which you hold almost an exclusive journalistic reign to at the NYT. Why?
You can keep repeating "your views are looney, your views are looney" until you are blue in the face. This will do nothing toward exposing the truth which remains hidden in a maze of 89+ years of unanswered questions which you and your friends inside this system of "government" refuse to answer.
If the government was answering any and all questions, then why did you ask them in the IRS press conference "there are people outside who have been asking the government questions for serveral years....are you going to answer their questions?"
Why do you continue to stonewall this by refusing to comment on this, your action, which is based in fact? Why do you continue to provide public cover - in the form of your refusal to report on this - for this shamless behavior?
David, if our claims are so easily disproven then why is does our "government" refuse to answer any and all questions posed at them for the past 5+ years? Please stop dodging this question and answer it!!
How about setting up an open forum talk about your book? I would be happy to organize this.
Peace and God Bless,

Fred,
You don't understand the role of reporters. You want a debate talk to your Congressman or to a pundit. I'm an investigative reporter.
And the only issue here is that you hold loony views on the tax laws, views that have no basis in law. Try reading Dan Evans FAQ and you will see item by item that your views are not supported by fact.
That you dislike the facts does not make people like me who understand the law dishonest. It makes you misinformed and in denial about the facts.
David
---------------------
David:
Would you and Dan Evans agree to debate the tax laws in an open, public forum?
If this is so clear cut, why would and Dan Evans not jump at this opportunity?
As for Congress, they won't talk. As for the courts, they are closed - Dick Simkanin's last trial proved this conclusively. As for the Executive Branch, they won't talk either.
That leaves you, your colleagues, folks like Dan Evans and many others among We The People. So let's take this public David!! For We The People ARE the government!
BTW, this is not a debate. This process is just an example of investigative journalism being opened up for everyone to play a participative role - ie. We The People taking responsibility for and creating a completely open, transparent audit trail which leaves nothing out. To date, you have refused to participate David. What are your reasons? As an investigative journalist, this is right up your alley.
As for the facts, I don't dislike them at all. I welcome the facts. When thoughtfully, rationally and logically presented, Yes/No questions which go unanswered become facts in the public record. So I welcome the questions and the facts. There is really nothing to hide and everything to gain from an upen, fair and public airing of these questions, facts and issues.
Let's begin David!! What are you waiting for?
Are you going to be part of the future or the past David?
My vote is for you to be part of the future. The future is calling for transparency, openness, fairness and justice - which is a far cry from what's been administered to date.
I look forward to your reply.
Peace and God Bless,

Maybe you should read my best-selling book. You might learn some things about how our tax system really works and how it forces people like you and me to subsidize those who make more each year than most people will in a lifetime, which as Orwell explained is the way most socialism works.

What you seem to be saying is that you are "hired gun" for the IRS.
You can't have it both ways David. If the government cannot answer simple-basic questions about the who/what/when/where/how and why is liable to pay income taxes, then their laws have lost all legitimacy, authority and, by default, jurisdiction.
Personal trust is the bedrock of truth. This trust is received by each individual from a divine source/end. To abuse this trust is immoral and wrong. Important questions have gone unanswered and you have decided to continue looking the other way.
Go ahead and contine serving your time as a hired gun. Why would you bite the hand that feeds you?
As for your book, I will pick up a copy and I will continue to be very receptive, open and willing to learn more. I will never shut down this process of open debate David. Notwithstanding a personal issue you have against David Champion, tou have refused to even comment on my offer to bring other leading national journalists together to discuss and debate our nations tax laws. Reporting on Washington fraud and corruption....
Over the past 2-3 days I have been carrying on a lengthly email discussion with David Cay Johnston who, writing for the New York Times, is one of the leading Taxation columnists in the country.
I have challenged David to join other national journalists to debate the nations tax laws with some of the leading researchers, experts and journalists in the Tax Honesty movement. There have been 7-9 exchanges and he has refused to even acknowledge my offer to set up such a debate.
These exchanges began when I received word via the net that David had declined Dave Champions challenge-offer to debate him on Dave's radio show.
I am hopeful that We The People can put all the leading journalists on notice through this same approach: 1) invite them to debate the current tax laws with members of the Tax Honesty Movement; 2) record the proceedings; and 3) let the world benefit from these open forum debates-discussions.
Our government has refused for 89+ years to answer simple, rational, logical questions about the US Tax Laws. It's time to invite everyone into the light of this New Day that is dawning in our world so we can all get to the bottom of this.
In the meantime, I just sent this email to David Cay Johnston to impress upon him again his moral-ethical obligation to report on the facts and the truth relating to government fraud and corruption.

David:
Why don't you have the conscience, guts and honor to write like Walter Williams - see the quote above - or Ed Henry - see the piece below?
Ed Henry is one of the most astute observers and researchers of Federal Government's corrupt, fraudulent economic-financial condition. Ed lives in Rockford Illinois. He is an internet journalist who is willing to write about the truth and I'm very happy to have made his acquaintance.
In the article below Ed writes about Social Security - "the third rail":
"Any time Social Security is brought to the forefront the public's attention and response is overwhelming. Yet, the loyal media seems incapable of asking the right questions and the Beltway Bandits themselves, now seeking election and re-election, stumble over their own lies and spin stories in futile attempts to cover up a crime for which they have no defense. No one will attack the subject head on and honestly. They all hope it will remain a minor issue, relegated to the back burner, or a subject to which they pay lip service but continually manage to avoid."
We need more Ed Henry's receiving and sharing "The Truth", but I have yet to see even one "Ed Henry" employed by our controlled national media.

THIRD RAIL
DILEMMA FOR THE PIRATES
by Ed Henry
The United Nation's Chief Weapons Inspector, Hans Blix, has finally screwed up enough courage to condemn the U.S. invasion of Iraq—a year after the fact. Now he tells us that the invasion was illegal. Where was he when we were relying on him to tell us that there were no "weapons of mass destruction" pointed at us? Where were these strong statements when it would have counted, when he had everyone's attention, when it would have meant something more than today's back page news?
Could it be that otherwise good minds and responsible people bend to political pressure and bend to the point that they just can't say "no" to their sponsors or authority figures? Are they afraid to go against stronger wills? Do they lack the courage to take on authority? Are there subjects that are simply taboo? What ever happened to the idea that the truth would win out and set us free?
On June 19, 2001, at a luncheon speech to the Coalition for American Financial Security, former Secretary of the Treasury Paul O'Neill started a furor when he mentioned in his abbreviated way that the Social Security trust funds held "no viable assets." The Cato Institute, the right wing think tank, immediately praised him for his honesty and for months the controversy raged—right up to the horrors of 9/11. It was front page news. People even began questioning and laughing about the value of federal trust funds—the real issue and a flagrant scam that goes far beyond the supplemental retirement system.
Yet, once he resigned, the same man teamed with Pulitzer Prize winning reporter Ron Suskind to come out with a book titled "The Price of Loyalty" where the dramatic episode of trust funds and the statement he made repeatedly isn't even mentioned. Not even a passing glance in a 331 page book that reads like a Hollywood gossip columnist's report of insider happenings. Why?
In fact, the Social Security trust fund issue didn't raise its ugly head again until Enron, WorldCom, Arthur Andersen, and a slew of other publicly held private sector companies were accused of fraud. As one example, people like Walter Williams, Professor of Economics at George Mason University came out with articles proclaiming that "Washington fraud and deception of a much greater magnitude doesn't make the headlines because fraud and deception in government is standard practice ... Washington politicians have for decades been doing precisely what Enron has been accused of doing ... concealing debt with accounting tricks."
Before the public could blink, the "War on Iraq" and "weapons of mass destruction" was the major topic and the trust fund issue was buried once again.
On a smaller scale, we are today faced with the Social Security issue once more. This time, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve has told the House Budget Committee that reducing benefits is one way to reduce deficits. We also have President Bush, faced with fading popularity, desperately starting to mumble once again about "private accounts" for young entry level McDonald's workers and his major opponent reminding us that Bush promised not to touch Social Security money.
In other words, we are once again hearing ridiculous, unnecessary, and innocuous proposals and ideas that are on a par with the "lock-boxes" that occupied so much of Washington's time and efforts when real trust funds have always been, by their very nature, lock-boxes.
Any time Social Security is brought to the forefront the public's attention and response is overwhelming. Yet, the loyal media seems incapable of asking the right questions and the Beltway Bandits themselves, now seeking election and re-election, stumble over their own lies and spin stories in futile attempts to cover up a crime for which they have no defense. No one will attack the subject head on and honestly. They all hope it will remain a minor issue, relegated to the back burner, or a subject to which they pay lip service but continually manage to avoid.
President Bush would like to make his income tax cuts permanent. The problem is that he cannot explain the rationale for doing so without explaining where surpluses came from, and he doesn't want to do that because the great bulk of any surplus this country has ever enjoyed has always come from entitlements like Social Security.
For instance, in fiscal 2000, the year of our greatest surplus of $237 billion—only $87 billion came from income tax overcharges. The rest came from 24 different entitlements ($149.8 billion) with Social Security leading the pack with payroll tax overcharges of $94.5 billion that year.
In January of 2001, shortly after his inauguration, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) presented testimony that predicted the $87 billion income tax surplus was going to grow to a surplus of $1.6 trillion over the next decade. This is the money Bush cut and the democrats want back. But the same testimony showed entitlement surpluses reaching something like $3.4 trillion over the same ten year period.
Further complicating the subject is the fact that average people don't understand how we can have surpluses and huge deficits at the same time, but that's exactly what is happening. Last year, fiscal 2003, the Bush administration ran up the national debt $555 billion while, at the same time, Social Security produced a surplus of $82 billion, despite high unemployment. Surpluses are not gone, they're just hidden and not talked about. It depends on whether they use what's called "the unified budget" accounting method, a method which is not in favor when deficits exceed surpluses.
Talking heads of television and respected debate monitors simply do not know the proper questions to ask or are not permitted to do so. For instance, none of these so-called watchdog newshounds would ask a politician how the Social Security trust funds (Federal Old Age & Survivors Insurance and the Federal Disability Insurance) became 22 percent of the national debt. Nor will they ask politicians to explain what "off budget" revenue is in any detail.
Every member of Congress and the administration knows thoroughly the scam they've been pulling. Not only do we have confessions from the horse's mouth, but both the House and the Senate have Budget, Finance, Ways & Means, Tax and other committees detailing and predicting Social Security and other entitlement surpluses. They also have the General Accounting Office (GAO), the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), the Office of Management and Budgets (OMB), and of course the U.S. Treasury to help them with constant reports to every representative in Washington.
Senator John Kerry (D-MA), the likely candidate to run against Bush, is a member of the Senate Finance Committee, the Subcommittee on Health Care, and the Subcommittee on Social Security and Family Policy. Therefore, the Senator knows about the $270 billion Social Security surplus Congress and the Bush administration have stolen during the last three years, a crime that makes Enron look like pikers playing in the same sandbox. He's a leading member of the Beltway Bandits.
Do you hear Senator Kerry saying anything at all about reforming this fraudulent trust fund rip-off? Do you believe that the scam will change under a Kerry administration?
And the really sad part is that the outsiders like Howard Dean, Ralph Nader, or any of the possible third party candidates who are not yet guilty of theft and fraud also haven't the guts, know-how, or inclination to tackle the scam where 42 percent of the national debt, including Social Security's trust funds, is absolutely fraudulent and serves no purpose other than to double tax us plus interest, a demonstrable thing that's already happening with some of the lesser bogus entitlement trust funds such as the Unemployment trust fund.

>>Fred,
We have zero years of the government refusing.

If this is the case then there shouldn't be a problem answering any and all questions from We The People.
And is "reality" is correct, then why did you ask the question last September at the IRS press conference - ie. "There are people outside who've are from a group that have been asking questions about the tax laws for years.....why won't you answer their questions" .....to paraphrase.
A journalist shouldn't need a rocket science degree to understand there's definitely a "disconnect" in this "reality". I call it the "Wizard of Oz Effect". The distraction caused by smoke and fire against the dark backdrop - call it mankind's lust for power and control over others - can influence our reception of the light of divine truth. For Divine Truth is FREE!! None of us can claim it, judge it, blame it or shame it. But when the light of truth becomes conditional - ie. "I" or "you" or someone seeks to claim it away from the Godhead, we can easily lose our ability to identify with the divine truth within the light because we erroneously begin to believe that the truth can come from mankind's individual or collective political and economic power that's claiming to either be the source of and/or control the source of light of truth.
The rulings of Judges among men/women do not displace the energy, light, truth and Love of the Lord God David. Now maybe you have come to believe this. Or maybe you are confused, Or maybe, more likely, you are just sitting on the fence.
There are too many burnt brooms inside the Wizard's Castle David. The Wizard's smoke, fire and fear is getting old. The doors to the Castle have been flung up very wide and thousands - millions upon millions - of individuals are coming out in the light of this New Day that is dawning on mankind.
I just had lunch yesterday with an individual who works for a major Fortune 100 corporation. He said that they have 500+ employees - NOT contractors...EMPLOYEES - no longer withholding personal federal income taxes and the numbers keep growing every day. They are in negotiations with labor leaders. The phones are ringing off the wall.
The light of truth is spreading like wildfire David. People are gathering at the "WALL" and this WALL WILL FALL.
What side of the wall will you be on David?
The record is being recorded and people will have to answer for their actions.
Peace and God Bless,

Andy has been gone for possibly 10 years.
He used to travel the country to picket law schools.
He belied the statement that you can't beat city hall.
Andy did beat city hall!
Don't forget his 17 words.
Or the 5 words of Merrill Jenkins:
"Freedom is the absence of legislation."

My Dearest Friend Gene:
Greetings with love and steadfastness in our Lord and Savior the Christ, Jesus. I am so appreciative of your never ending work to achieve glory for our Lord. I most assuredly think you are on the right track to calling attention to the real fix. IICHR 7:14. If the people in the US. would study the Scripture as hard as they study the federal Statutes our land would be healed overnight by our most merciful Lord.

The consequences of IRS demise

Subj: The consequences of IRS demise

From: Nilbux
If the IRS was put out of business,
our misleaders would spend ten times as much,
TEN TIMES NOTHING = NOTHING.
When you have nothing in the bank but numbers, all
that you can give IRS is a check that authorizes your
bank to reduce your numbers and this will limit your
consumption to what any remaining numbers permit.
The three functions of the IRS do not include collecting
dollars. They include intimidating us, collecting data and
the regulation of our consumption so as to conceal the
fraud of the "money" that Keynes called "worthless."
If we were permitted to spend all of the "worthless" money
that we get, prices would go out of sight and the "worthless"
money would becomes useless paper, fit only for fuel.
The illusion called "taxes" is JUST ONE means of concealing
the fraud. If everyone knew exactly what IRS does and were
allowed to vote on their extinction, most would vote to keep
them in business.

Labor is not commerce

I saw on the Net today a forwarded note asking the question, “How is it
that we have become commercial entities?” federal law disclaims such:
15 USC §17 states that "The labor of a human being is not a commodity or
article of commerce." See:

United States Code
TITLE 15 - COMMERCE AND TRADE
CHAPTER 1 - MONOPOLIES AND COMBINATIONS IN RESTRAINT OF TRADE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
U.S. Code as of: 01/22/02
Section 17. Antitrust laws not applicable to labor organizations
The labor of a human being is not a commodity or article of
commerce. Nothing contained in the antitrust laws shall be
construed to forbid the existence and operation of labor,
agricultural, or horticultural organizations, instituted for the
purposes of mutual help, and not having capital stock or conducted
for profit, or to forbid or restrain individual members of such
organizations from lawfully carrying out the legitimate objects
thereof; nor shall such organizations, or the members thereof, be
held or construed to be illegal combinations or conspiracies in
restraint of trade, under the antitrust laws.

Another Good One From Dave Wilbur
"Of all the contrivances for cheating the working classes of mankind, perhaps none is so effectual as that which deludes them with paper money."--Daniel Webster
When you file a tax return, you are confessing to
how much you were cheated with paper money!
When you pretend to pay taxes with paper money,
you help conceal the fraud that we are all victims of.

IRS AND FILING TAXES
Subject: Chief Justice Admits No "Failure to File Law" Even Exists
http://www.rense.com/general25/dewl.htm
He (Chief Justice Rhenquist) and the United States attorney (Kent Jones) admit there is NO statute (LAW) that makes it a crime for "failure to file" an income tax return!
QUOTE: "I'm not familiar with a statute that makes that a crime by itself" ..."but the fact that you didn't file...frankly...it's my impression that that would not by itself be a crime".
..then it says on pg. 6 lines 20-25 of the transcript, Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court William Rhenquist said:
"We'd better not let the word get out"..."We'll keep it just among ourselves"... and they have the nerve to laugh about it!

The history of the race, and each individual's experience, are thick with
evidence that a truth is not hard to kill and that a lie told well is immortal.
~ Mark Twain
Freedom had been hunted round the globe; reason was considered as rebellion; and
the slavery of fear had made men afraid to think. But such is the irresistible
nature of truth, that all it asks, and all it wants, is the liberty of
appearing. ~ Thomas Paine, Rights of Man, 1791 ~

It is not possible to pay taxes with paper and no one wants
us to pay, they want us to pretend or face punishment.

performing is a slave to whomever threatens punishment.

Food For Thought
From: "Christine Mueller"

Subject: food for thought
At about the time our original 13 states adopted their new constitution in
1787,Alexander Tyler - a Scottish history professor at the University of
Edinborough - had this to say about "The Fall of the Athenian Republic
some 2,000 years prior:
"A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a
permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until
the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts
from the public treasury. >From that moment on, the majority always votes
for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury,
with the result that every democracy will finally collapse over loose
fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship."
"The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning
of history, has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations
always progressed through the following sequence:
From bondage to spiritual faith;
From spiritual faith to great courage;
From courage to liberty;
From liberty to abundance;
From abundance to complacency;
From complacency to apathy;
From apathy to dependence;
From dependence back into bondage."
Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law, St.Paul,
Minnesota, points out some interesting facts concerning the most recent
Presidential election:
Population of counties won by: Gore 127 million; Bush 143 million;
Square miles of land won by: Gore 580,000; Bush 2,427,000;
States won by: Gore 19; Bush 29;
Murders per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Gore 13.2; Bush 2.1.
Professor Olson adds, "In aggregate, the map of the territory Bush won was
mostly the land owned by the tax-paying citizens of this great country.
Gore's territory encompassed those citizens living in government-owned
tenements and living off government welfare.."
Olson believes the U.S. is now somewhere between the "apathy" and the
"complacency" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy; with
some 40 percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.
And, Olson adds, the last gasp of any country has been when marriage and
the family have taken a back seat to other sexual interests - as witness
Rome - one of the greatest and most-wide spread governments. Another sign of the
end, he says, is the lack of true spiritual interest where the God of the
Bible and His ways are replaced by man's thinking and his own way.
The bell is tolling loud and clear and it tolls for America!!!!!

China (38951) = 3541 prime X 11
The end of the 207th cycle of "The China Prime" of 3541 days since the birth of the Lord God Jesus Christ was 20010616 which was 990 days from today.
3541 - 990 = 2551 prime
We'll have to keep in touch with these cycles.
